Uh. Yeah. Remember Shiolar? And his snitty comments before he disappeared? Anyone who hasn't seen this, should take a look...

It's really un-called for and snarky, and very, very rude. It kinda threw me for a loop when I was pointed towards it -- it's like, wow, does he really have any need to be so nasty when he's already made it clear he doesn't like most of us?

To me this is a dragon-abandoning offence. I'd been leaving his dragons be for the most part, since oftentimes people say they're leaving and then come back later when everyone's tempers have calmed down a bit, but... seriously, dude. Way to make sure even the foundations of your bridges are burned. Anyways, what do you guys think of all this? I'm taking back any dragons I gave him, but maybe I'm overreacting. Thougts? Opinions?

I think that's totally uncalled for on his part. I'm in agreement with you, Kat, that's not overreacting as far as I'm concerned. I'm doing the same.

XD I just think it's kind of funny. More in the LULZ (Lulz, that is, the corrupt version of L.O.L., or "Laugh out Loud") way than the "wow, Shiolar's such a great, funny person!" sort of way.

Seeing's how I can't be bothered to hunt around for where he's hidden his images, they're pretty well no longer existent. Good enough for a taking back. *shrug* I liked some of the images I gave him. This just gives me an excuse to take them back and actually use them for something! :D

I'm just wondering.... I *have permission* left over to use all those Danachian images. *shrug* I am thinking of opening a freebie giveaway on Pony Island - where I know he frequents, still - with them, just to see how bad the resulting explosion would be

As for the dragons, I can't even remember what he had- if anything - from me at all. Maybe a slew of Alabaster/Blackstones, though I really don't know any more. If I find a link not working and it's to his site, I will retract the dragon and consider the 'pair' dead.

He's such a hissyfitty.

Oh, I took back and readopted out all my EverRealm critters long ago. The only two I have with his name on them are ones I drew but didn't adopt out--a gryphon that Dray adopted out (which I'd like for myself, if possible, Dray?) and one of the FlammaAqua dragons, I believe...

0_o I guess I must have missed the hullabaloo, cause the last I heard of Shiolar, he was leaving quite civilly to work on a novel.
But yeah, that's kinda...well. Why stir up more trouble with the people who already don't like you?

I don't really know this Shiolar person but I had seen that particular site before and it came out as quite... well rude to me. I mean, why have web presence if you do not even want others to actually browse your site. *shrugs*

Anyways, I would be glad to make personas for dragons that you take from him or her. ^_^

XD I think most of the uncivil-ness was behind PM's. He threw a giant tempertantrum at me and flipped his lid, then told me, basically, to suck it because he was better than me and had a hoity toity writing job which was WAY better then the stupid poopy Nexus, blah blah blah.

Myrror, feel free to take the gryphon! I know it's lurking somewhere on my photobucket account but I can't remember the details for the life of me!

As for the rest... maybe I'll have a good list once I finally get moved, get my Star City site fully updated (Blargo! So many records!) and then get all the missing-links compiled. Wheeee!

Yeah the excuse to 'write' is... obviously not in proportion to the level of assholedness that he gave everyone (myself apparently because I like to feed my snake live prey...). I have doubts that any 'writing' job - being a writer myself, and close to publishing my comics now more than ever (since I ... quit my job and am now officially sliding on the inheritance money I got last year lol) I can say no one in their right mind would want to work with him professionally if he's anything like this all over the net.

He *can* be very nice. But... isn't. So, yeah, I'll take the arrogant stuck up girl crowd here any day

right at home.

I was there when he got all upset about the Live/Dead prey thing. Which I personally thought was rather childish for him to get upset about. Not meaning to ressurect it but that's life.

Agreeing with JKat, the page is very rude and taking back any dragons given to him, I feel, is right. If he's going to actually insult any group of people you could at least be a bit civil about it. At least...as civial as any insult can get.

I'll shut-up now.

Oh, I took all his dragon's away right after I heard he left like an arrogant two-year-old even if I never had a problem with him. I figured he was gone anyawy. *shrug* And after that page, he ain't getting them back (Segs isn't going to let him!)

XD Oh, he'll show up again in a year or two, only it'll be a completely new user from, let's say, somewhere in the US or something, maybe a girl, maybe with some kind of different job, and of course a different world and (we can hope) improvements on his current style. :P Once a returner, always a returner?

Geez, immature much? I think I gave him one Gecnawan as part of a dragon swap I never recieved my half of (*cough*) ... I'll probably take it back because I thought it was rather nice, but I don't think he has anything else from me. Sad thing is I don't think I ever did a thing to him, but apparently I'm not UBERS AWESOME enough to get on his *extra speshul list of chosen ones* or something. Not that I care. What I hope though is that he doesn't turn around and decide to take back all the dragons He gave Us. I know I still write for some of my Mirus-babies a lot -- Veresti for instance, and also some of my Danachbabies. And I know that a lot of people here are in the same boat. Sil's Arro Veralin's bond, for cripes sakes. But if he wants to be a snit and thumb his nose at us, let him. We can just prove that we are the better people, after all.

Or not. Shard, about the free Danach giveaway -- LOLZ, Do It. Well maybe not ... but it would be sure funny if you did!

Guess its just one of those "conflicted" moments!

XP Bah, if he's going to fart his big arsehole on the Nexus, I don't think I'd bother acknowledging that he proclaimed that all his dragons got taken back. I'm not gonna go to the extra effort of taking down all the dragons that I've paged just because he made a footnote that we're wankers and shouldn't touch the dragons he initially gave away.

It's harder than it seems...unless you add Fade, which means instant black somewhere.

The generator is just so...picky.

The worst color to try and get is white, though

And as long as I'm working, I'm not that much of a BP machine--I'll probably be knocked down to #4 soon.

Knomadt Isles isn't dragoning--it's Pony Island. I recognize Azuyan, which is the 'land' ony Island is based in. He's also in the Azuyan RP group, so that's probably based on that.
