I just snuck in on Kat, who's been working on the fireling adult template for FIVE DAYS STRAIGHT, and I caught sight of it.

*leaks to the press* HOLY FLAMING AWESOME BATMAN! :OOOOOOOOOOOO~~~~~~~~~~~

If you haven't started writing your candidates? She's been saying that she's thinking on a deadline of like a month after she's finished the template or something.

@_@ It is so worth giving your life up for however long it takes to write your story.

I- well, I guess if all else fails I /can/ come in to work over the summer and use my work computer to send you the story...good thing I use Google Documents all the time for my stories now! XD

So is it still open, or what? I have a character I have in mind, but I didn't know if I'd have time to write it or not at the time so I didn't send in the email. If not it's no big deal, as I'm still not sure I'd have time, but I'd like to try at least if there is an opportunity.

As for those of you who are on the list... dun dun dun... You now have a month to finish your stories.

The Firelings will require their candidates to be entirely prepared by July 10th. So start your typing, folks, as these babies are so, so, so so worth the trouble. Seriously. This is the best damn template I have ever made. :3

Figures you had to make an ultimatum when I was so not here it's not even funny. But I probably wouldn't have had time to write for one, anyway. Still, now I have to come up with some kind of ridiculously Mary-Sue-ish race to combat the balespawn I haven't done anything with yet. Actually I do kind of have an idea for that, but I don't want to create UBER DRAMA ZOMG with my L337 DR4G0NZ OF D00M so I probably won't do it ... plus this having spare time thing is likely not going to last forever. Aaaand I'm rambling. And totally kicking myself for not sending you an email when I got the chance. Yeah.

Yeah the people I have in mind are not gods -- they're mortal and age at the same rate as everyone else, but they've got uber awesome powers of justice-doom. It's kind of hard being from a sci-fi universe where gods exist only in religion. Aaaand I should probably stop derailing the topic.
