Everybody else, thankee! Birthday itself was really quiet. I sat at work playing Fire Emblem for ten hours (minus the half-hourish it took me to accomplish actual work things) and we didn't do anything fancy-special when I got home so it was kinda like, whut? I had a birthday? XD Though I was silly-ly amused in counting. 1-2-3. First of June and I'm twenty-three now! :O

The CyZen dragons are said to be distantly related to the Mutation Demons of Septus Alpha, though they were at first a Tanaziran import to Septus Alpha- they come from both native Tanazira and Ares, Septus Alpha through Rashex to Rakka at the OAC. However, they weren't doing very well and so they were introduced to the Mutation Demons. This proved beneficial, as the CyZens became more resilient to their surroundings. Being part cybernetic in nature, the little dragons became a bit easier to care for and communicate with- the black charms dangling from their muzzles inherited the the Mutation Demons' 'mood ring' panel genetics. The Mutation Demons had panels instead of eyes, behind which natural luminescent chemicals similar to a firefly's glowed and could change color depending on mood.

All CyZen communicate via their charms, which change color like mood rings, as below:
When green: 'default', okay
When pink: affectionate (deep pink = desiring mating)
When black: unconscious, comatose or dead
When red: angry!
When brown: sick
When yellow: happy
When orange: reprogramming itself
When purple: happy!
When blue: sleeping
When white: auto-recovery (if systems crash)
Multicolored: mixed emotions
Havenladen- The Havenladen are the more-common common CyZen. They are the 'lower-class' CyZen that people could keep, though their intelligence is slightly more limited than the afore-mentioned classes and are less sparkly and not usually considered worthy of breeding, though they can produce higher-class CyZen if bred wisely. They come in white, orange and red.
CyZen can have naturally occurring offspring via egg. Each egg is spherical and has a leathery shell, which is shimmery and by all means looks like an oversized pearl. There can be up to 10 eggs in a litter. Hermaphrodites are prized more than females since they can both impregnate and be impregnated by other males.
Candidate/Sponsor Quirks
CyZen don't particularly care who adopts them. They are, however, quirky in that each candidate can bond to two CyZen! (The CyZen appreciate being kept in pairs for company when their bonds are busy- and get mischievous when left to their own devices if the bonder ignores them for too long!). Most of the time, they are content with the second CyZen being their sibling though they can have other CyZen being introduced to them as companions later.
CyZen, while preprogrammed by their parents, can be programmed by a person good with AI modification. How well they will respond to this forced treatment, however, is varied. Most won't react positively unless the change is willing, and one can forget about it with a Wasteborn.

Phe, this is one of only two of whatever this beasty happens to be. You have one, JKat has one, you two are the only ones that will ever have this particular template. It's nothing specific, so give it whatever abilities and history you would like. :3 I can only say that it looks pretty nifty on a dark background... the rest is up to you.
Surely! I can draw you up a saa template. <3 Any specs you'd like? Skilled/non.. lacewing/normal.. number/placement of wings.. jewelry.. tattoos...? Of course you can always just add most of that stuff yourself later if you want - saa do love their adornments. She has fast healing (not instant, but close) and those little 'burster' heads she's got? They can detatch into accual burster xenos, and grow--though not into something quite the same as the queen, a couple less limbs, no extra heads, that sort of thing. The heads regrow in about two weeks.
