Ick...I finally backed a bunch of stuff up but I hate using DVD's, even rewritable ones...Good luck Phe, and I'm glad you got to see your dad...I only see mine once a year and the jerk thinks he can walk up to us and act like everything is just peachy...he left us and I still hate despise him greatly for it. *shrug*

I wish I could PLAY the Sims 2 Pets without the stupid blue screen popping up to load some inmaginable thing. Eventually, it crashes the program and I have no idea what is causing it. My driver's are uptodate (at least my graphics card). So far, I'm mad at Tayalia and Mardallen (M'len) because I wanted them to get married eventually and they don't like each other...grrr...so, I'm going to try to marry M'len to Nakioya. Ha!

Falas and Lantir-setian characters thrown together...fun! (myself and Philippe included.

(And I'll eventually try Sims 2 on this computer. If it'll play Heros 5, then it should play Sims 2.)

So maybe NOW I can get things done without the distraction of "why work on this computer when it's a fight the whole way?" XD Woot!

Awriiiiiight, we finally have a hatching! XD And with another deadline just days away, too.

After the discussion I had in my thread for the Fate, I tried something new this time. Though neither harder nor easier than the way I did things before, I think things flow better this new way. The story is generic and the only people I specifically address in it are those of the person who provided the Synth. The person-by-person blurbs are now part of the pickup page and only deal with what the hatchlings do, so I don't have to worry about writing people's characters wrong. :3

Anyhow, link in the first post! The spiderlings only have one image, but the dragons will grow in two weeks.

The deadline for Genesis Two is set, as you'll see, but there's no other information for it yet.

Iiiiii just realized something. I ran my first Flight as Clutch 04, then did another as 12. Sticking to the pattern (I like patterns) means I'm due another for 20!

Wow. 20. I feel so accomplished. XD

Anyhow. That means Flight applications are also open for the spot. Both male and female risers, as well as male/female pairs, may apply!

I think I'm going to need an extention for the clutch 15 babies. Geegee's page has been done, but i haven't uploaded yet, and vago's sponsorlings still need to be paged. Phe? Out of curiosity - how are the Genesis dragons likely to react to your D-strain xenos? I have an idea for a story, but I'm not sure if they would be even remotely civil to each other

(and yes, i'm thinking waaay far ahead, but I was thinking of sending two friends in, one for each clutch, and I wanted them to be able to stay around each other afterwards, if they both bonded)

The story is barely started, and I could definitely change things up if they are completely incompatible

I think it'll be a case-by-case thing. If *you* think your Yautie would get along okay, that's fine. My three on the Destiny, on the other hand, are going crazy that their Grandfather keeps breeding the very critters they were made to counterbalance. XD (First hydras, now xenos! They can't stand it. Consider them three people who wish Schroeder *wasn't* working on throwing off his prejudices!)

Hah, my laptop clock was off. XD NOW it's Thursday. ::also VA:: Looks like I missed a clock when Daylight Savings rolled around.

No polaroids yet. I am seriously behind on templating. I'm visiting my Dad at his lakehouse now and it's looking like the weather will be too cold to do much in the way of water-play, so considering the ample art supplies I brought along with me, I hope to get some templating accomplished.

However, 1) I don't have a scanner up here and 2) I don't know when I'll be going back home to where I have one, though I can't imagine I'll have the patience to stay up here terribly long. I'm just too much of a homebody. :P

So polaroids of any sort will be a while in coming.

But yes, I've gotten some juicy applications. X3 I just <strike>like to make things hard on myself and my decision-making capabilities by begging as many applications from the Nexus as I can.</strike> have Skittles and Dr. Pepper! I'm going to be up aaaaaalllll night! :D

Several hours of agonizing later....

There's a new Flight up at the Destiny! The cocksure Brio Nerano is looking for some lovely lassies to give him a run for his money! (Wait, does that metaphor even apply here?)

I also accepted three new Biosynths. With order to be determined by whenever the Prestories arrived, be on the lookout for:

1) A slew of Goprin hybrids courtesy of the Kilandaian Bonding Society.

2) Some hydra/feline whorling mixes that may have some 'Tainted individuals among them. (Once called "Shadow-Tainted" but the term has been revamped by DF.)

3) And some crossbreeds of species entirely new to the Nexus: Shadow and Phoenix Dragonhome Dragons! I can't even TELL you what they're like, as I'm not certain myself, but they certainly sound nifty and full of cool powers and abilities! XD

OMFG, I actually paged my dragons. T_T Here y'are. No story as of yet. Probably won't be one before the hatchling deadline, but meh. You never know. (Easter break brings ACTUAL SPARE TIME. Maybe I can catch up on some stuff.)
