Ya know I should really post about that whole military thing since that became a talking point a while ago. Well anyway I been testing the water to re-re-re... probably a few more re's release of "Deviant" Thought since I have this nice little forum here, might as well test the waters with you here. Cool! Nice work, the color adds a lot.
One thing I noticed, I understand why the BZZT sound fx is going the direction it's going, around the laser beam, but it's actually really hard to read. I thought it said bNNt beacuse of the angle. It could probably have the same effect if you mirrored it (change the convexity to concavity.... or is it the other way around in reverse) and put it on the left side of the laser to 'frame' it. Going the other curvey way, the lettering would probably be easier to understand. (Also might try a slightly thicker font for fx?)
