As I did for the Fate's tralvisk adoptions, I've altered terigon adoptions the same way. They are now one-at-a-time rather than one-a-week. As soon as your last terigon has been paged and I have a link to it, you can adopt another one.
Today's the day to get up those phoenix adults, too. The warning list is down to thus:
Jack Tarl's Dumahar'hashmel (Indigo)
Neekaori's Haasoosh (StarFyre)
Raheowl's Shraisassa (StarFyre)

The Azonir sibs are my favourite characters to write for now. I never get writer's block when it comes to them.
Especially their bonds... Zepjzuo is so funny, and Rior'isshrai is so cute. Can't wait to see what's in store for Ariel when the time comes for him to bond.

Here's some randomness for terigon fans....
Ever wondered how to pronounce those sometimes-wacky mashups of letters that make terigon names? Well wonder no more, because I finally decided I wanted to add a pronunciation guide to the terigon-info page. It actually comes from the language of the oldest of what I call my "pet project" worlds, which is where the parent-species terisen (pl. of terisae) come from.
http://xenoqueen.deviant-uprising.com/A ... erigon.htm
Also included, mostly for fun but also useful if anybody ever happens to crossbreed terigon, is a name-generator.

Updated! You've got hte pages, methinks.
Also, i paged that terigon you gave me. -croons- i didn't respond to the email cuz i didn't want to be annoying or obnoxious or anything, but iadorehim. <3 he made my day; i was in a good mood for the rest of it.

He's also my favorite terigon design out of any i've seen so far, so yes. -clings- thankyou.
and also, just so i'm sure i didn't hear you wrong and screw up later-- is everything that comes out of the AD [and the twisted fate, too, while i'm here] dragon-breeding compatible? >.> or just some things.

;-; Iknow! I just about died when i saw him, with glee. -nuzzlesinhisfluff~-
It makes me wish he was all real and stuff. I'd steal him away from orange boy and snuggle his fluffs and drag him about and cling to him and smoosh him.. okay, maybe it's a good thing he's not. butstill!
[give me cookies.
and maybe slide me a reserve baby under the table~ but it's in the cookies, man. O___O]

Heh, yes, different traits. X3 Three different tail-types and four ear-types. And rather than just do template edits, I told myself long ago that each one would get its own template, even if the difference between one template and the next was nothing more than tufts on the ears!
I like the short-tails best, so I don't know why it took me so long to draw one. XD
In the case of halfbreed parentage, a breeding will result in a larger clutch than usual--the few natural-born, and a slew from the labs. So I can get a lot of use out of the custom template and more people can have a chance at it, since no candidate-clutch-story-ness is involved. X3

Um. Yes. In reference to providing two parents for a pedigreed clutch to set in the incubators. But only provided that the other parent is a full terigon or half-terigon as well.Myrror wrote:Say, Phe...can someone send in a half terigon to breed, or is it just full terigons? (and yes, I still need to get the terkittygon up... >.> Need to give her a terigon name...)

Cripes, I SO need a new computer.
My current one has decided to corrupt some of my files for the second time since the new year, and this time it included my entire candidates/dragon folder in the collapse and Windows can't even complete a ScanDisk to try and repair/recover the bad sectors.
Fortunately I have backups, both online and on a USB hard drive, but I still lost stuff--like my layout I was using for my Fireling clutch candidate, as well as layouts I was assembling for the character-dragons I've received over in my Trades thread.
Also fortunately, my Abstract Destiny/Twisted Fate folders were in a different area and, between my backups, escaped unscathed as far as I can tell.
I'm feeling pretty lucky. For example, I lost only one small folder and two individual songs among about 18 GIGS of music I've collected. Other files that went corrupt were already backed up on my other hard drive. So while this latest fouling is annoying, it could be a LOT worse, and I'm really hoping it DOESN'T decide to go there next.
This Saturday is the deadline for Synth 15, and for now, I'm leaving it where it is. I seriously need a new computer, but things like Word and Adobe Photoshop are still working for now, so I'm going to try and stay the course.
I have access to other computers and I'm treating this one with kid gloves...but we all know how temperamental computers like to be, so cross your fingers that this one will hold out a little longer--at least until my computer-whiz dad gets home this weekend or the next. :P
But yeah, Synth 15 candidates are due in Saturday evening. That's the double-bonding/sponsoring dragon-spider-unicorns.

-cringes and hugpats- Comp trouble = ouch. You have my sympathies.
Lotsa music! -dies- Thank gods it's not worse! I'd scream if I lost that much due to my computer. And then I'd probably take a hammer to said computer, which is good therapy. -offers hammer-
?
Can't wait to see those babies, though. :3

Yeek. I don't even save stuff onto hard drives anymore. I'm not at home long enough to work on anything there, and I don't want to buy another USB drive since my other one got stolen. Email and photobucket are good enough for me.
Darkling Dawn: Fauna Frenzy Open to candidates; flights open to males/females; rukel eggs/breedings available.
Drockh-Tallahn Castle: 3 eggs, 2 available. Females and males needed.
Sgiath Wolfkeep: 7 pups available
Sedona Weyr: 12 eggs, Deadline March 8. Chasers and a female needed.

Annoying news: Computer is definitely on its last legs. Loss tallies remain as minimal as before but I've given up hope on repairing this one.
Good news: As he now spends aeons of time down at Smith Mountain Lake building his dream summer home place thing, my Dad's back in town for the first time since Christmas and I went to visit him Sunday. He's a retired computer programmer so I went with the secondary hopes (outside of just getting to SEE him, finally) of getting some new computer advice.
So instead he's buying me a new one as a way early birthday gift. XD Woohoo!
Delay news: I'm at my Mom's for the moment, having promised I'd be back today, but I'm going back to Dad's tomorrow because he leaves for the lake again Monday and with my luck and his ability to lose track of time (which I've inherited) it may be another three months before I see him again. :P
I do have Internet access over there. And all my files are portable. BUT. My ability to be unable to focus on things while I'm at my dad's is legendary. I have WAY too much stuff over there. Which is exactly WHY it's over there and not here, otherwise I'd never get anything done. It's bad enough here at Mom's with the few games that have migrated over already.
Curse you, Sims 2. Curse you Pets and Seasons expansions. CURSE YOU ROLAND-SIM FOR BEING A WEREWOLF VAMPIRE PREGNANT WITH AN ALIEN BABY. (What can I say, I love my Sims weird. I even turned CarthOnasi!Sim's son Dustil into a werewolf because it seemed like a rather Sithy thing to do. Carth and Revan certainly are bothered by it.)
RAMBLE. What this means is, with me going back to Dad's tomorrow, I'm probably racking up my longest hatching turnaround ever. I might get work done on Synth 15 anyway, but I'm afraid to put too much faith into my ability to not be distracted by my rampant Gamer urges.
No real point to this post, but hey. It's my thread, I can post what I want? XD Now to go try and be productive before I return to the distractions!
