Don't worry bout it-- winged wolves have been candidates before, i think, and I certianly don't mind. XP As for names-- I have no idea how those work, which is why i'm giving no official ones. :3 I /think/, with a lot of emphasis on think, that there isn't anything to strict about them? or if it is, it's really recent. -shrugs- I've been going through records and whatnot from Alair and everywhere else with wolf records, and I haven't noticed much change in names between species. but yeah.

I think the big difference in names come in the last names. X3

If you navigate to Alair:

Then in the top bar, 'information'. You'll see a table pop up with different wolf info. Click 'Wolves of ____' and at the top of the new page that shows up, click the 'quick fact sheet' button towards the top of that page. In the new page that shows up, there should be a map and a table of information. At the bottom of the table of information is the 'naming traditions', which are specific to each kind of wolf. :3 Hope that helps!

Yar, I got lucky figuring that one out. The first names seemed arbitrary and the last names involve their talents, personality, or destiny. So my one is Peacekeeper because she likes to keep the peace, and the other is The Faithful because he ... is faithful? Nyar.

This is a regular DIW dragon, it can bond or not depending on the parentage. I've got a Pernese and Alskyrian color-set, along with a lightning-winged set but they're all grey, white and black. Just lemme know what you want. :3

QUESTIONS-
~howdo colours/names/powers transffer in mixed breeds?
~may i have permission to use these in occasional vitacritae [genetic combo type clutches], and/or to let my AoM create modified wolves, usually in colour and whatnot, for my use only, and incredably rarely?

I was away, DNS, so sorry about the delay in the reply.

Names are decided on by the parents. Look at the frenzy records if you need examples of mixing naming styles. Powers go back a few generations so if you have a lineage to go by, follow it. Common gray is, well, the most common depending on the breeds mixing. I lay down no ground rule for mixed breeds as it will depend on if you want one parent's genes to be more dominate and the other ressesive.

Can you explain your last questions better? If you're asking if you can genetically combine them with dragons for a clutch, yes, because I've already done that at the Destiny in clutch 3...I think it was 3...or was it 4...anyway. As for modifying the wolves (I assume like the FPGC does with dragons), then no. If they breed they breed naturally. WHich reminds me...*makes note for FGPC rules*

The last question was kind of like that, but more post-born modifications. Like.. well, for lack of a better explination, like Cyborware, but occasionally more extensive.

And I actually know very little baout what the FGPC does with dragons. I can combine them with dragons, though, that I get. :3 -might take advantage of that- can I add draconic genes to the wolves, but not enough that I'd have to draw a new template? -lazylazy-
