All the clutches are hatching in bits and pieces, I think I have... two or three set from Sunaka's to hatch this time, but there will be more of hers to hatch later. Just like there will be more of the main clutch to hatch later as well.

Indigo: Accepted and added into the hatching ^^

Shard: You can send others to the next batches that come up *nods* I have all of yours set to bond this batch, as it was just easier that way.. and besides! You've been waiting almost the longest for those four *grins*

Mystic: Being slow is fine *grins* I've been doing one of two things this past week - working on homework (curse you programming! why must you be so fun and yet so hard?) or working on the WDH (mm.. writing and coloring). Well, or being dragged out by friends because I'm "turning into a hermit"

As for what comes out... I'm particularly proud of some of these babies I've drawn... and with some of the colorations as well.

I don't know how many actually remember, but it was mentioned very briefly at the beginning that "some renegade Void" had called this frenzy... but he was never actually involved in it. *g-rriiiinnss* But he did get involved... behind the scenes.

And I'm not giving any more clues than that, you all will just have to wait and seeeeeee

So batch 1 closed with a total of 19 candis/sponsors, a pretty good total. It's debateable exactly how many critters will hatch from this, but I'll have at least 3 batches, even if they're all this size. I do refuse to have more than five of each of Sunaka's two templates out, though (unless someone gives me a rrreeaaalll good reason, and I'll fudge it by one), so there are seven of her babies left.

... there was something else I was going to say, but it has escaped me at this time..

In any case! Batch 2 will close at Midnight, on the 2nd of December, giving all of you three weeks - if that's too short, I'll consider expanding it out.

I'm going to have to beg for a bit more time in finishing this batch -- between English being all "rawr, analyse some artifact of mass media, slave!" and programming being all "heheheh, rip an int from a string without using Integer.parseInt" and the fluffy class being all "hey, we know you're busy, but here's more busy work that has no relevance to anything! Four papers due tomorrow!! *cackles evilly*"

That, and my friends refusing to let me turn into the hermit I sometimes want to become. Oh, and my roommate keeping me up til four bloody AM! *spazspazspaz...*

... But I'm going home this Friday. To my nice, quiet, isolated house in the country. My family tends to leave me alone, beyond asking that I spend at least dinner with them each night, which is easy, because I wouldn't miss our normal dinner conversations for the world.

So, long story short -- give me until the real break begins, then I'll have this out faster than you can blink. Promise on that one.

(I can't wait until I can actually curl up in my own bed again... college is fun, I just miss, you know... privacy? Is privacy too much to ask?)

Oh, and DF, if you want me to go into what all Zadesil told Sharak, I will, since they were going to discuss it while Zadesil ate.

Speaking of candidates, I have a question for everyone - do you need/want more time to create candidates for batch 2? I can extend the deadline (cause otherwise there's less than a week left, and there's no candis to bond) if you'd like, but you have to tell me, else I'm just going to be assuming that I'll get some at the last minute and probably be sorely puzzled when I get maybe two or three =P

I know this is a bad time, and fully agree with that considering my current load, so I'm willing to be very flexible.

Four of my five finals are the Tuesday after next, and then the fifth one is on Friday! *annoyed, since that's the easiest one* Unless, of course, my class votes to move it to another day. Which I hope they do. I want to go home. =P

If she does both, draw from there. :3 so do with her what you will. ^^ if it's more convenient to you that she just sponsor, that's cool, or that she bond in the main clutch and not sunaka's, that's cool. :3 yeah. tired.

Yeesh, maybe I shouldn't be up this late either, as I read the story, looked at the forms, then started snickering when I read Tsrava's form.

Just this... image.. of a disgruntled hatchling trying to gnaw through Tsrava's scales, with this "I'mmakillit!I'mmakillit!!... Ichippedatooth!!!" expression, while Tsrava looks on in amusement, then bats it away.

XD You're not the only one with a messed up exam schedule. I got my two worst ones this coming Monday, one on Wednesday, and one on /Saturday/ of all things. Oy!

Here's a hint for studying: Make a study sheet. Write down all the key concepts. Do it a few times over if you have to. Then you can bring your notes to class and read them right up until you have to drop your bag. Works well for me.
