Strange but funny idea

Post by Midori »

I was just thinking on how at how many places rider/dragon pairs will end up male/female or female/males.

I know I have huge grouping of stright yet strong female's end up with male dragons. Or girly though stright guys end up with female dragons.

And I was thinking how cute it'd be to get them all togeather.

I know its not some huge extravagent thing but I thought it'd be a huge cute factor.

You have a compelling point!

Ohh, a nontraditional-but-straight event. I wonder if I have anyone who fits the bill? *goes looking*

If this was going to be done I'd turn it into a group project unless everyone want's avarage Wu dragons.

Anyone wants to work on this as a group project let me know. I'm good at putting pages, forms, listings togeather but flounder when it comes to pairing, hatching, and writing the story. I slink away at the thought of putting my drawing next to the greatness that is pretty much everyone else and even attempting to special color things....right...

But I'd personly brake it down into many diffrent jobs.

1. People to draw dragons.
2. People to color.
3. People to pair dragons & candidates.
4. Someone to write the hatching story.

And anything else that needed to be taken care of.

Just let me know if/when you're looking for participants, and I'll go poking around my lot.

Does it count if the other bond is a dragon, too? Or is it a human(oid)/dragon pair set only?

I'm not sure? But I'm thinking they'd be more then welcome.

Well, I did the Cross Gender frenzy once upon a time. :) Not everyone there was 'of dubious sexuality', they were merely cross-bonded. I'd be willing to do something, dunno quite what just now.

And personally I love Wu dragons so... heh. :)

I see whom I have to throw in, though most of my manly females go for females and my effeminate males go for males. >.>

I can name off many females and a few male

Amanni & Bronze Darcevoth
Carina & Brown Cadoth
Anlor & Brown Alrinth
Karina & Blue Levinth
M'tsu & Green Onnath
Azr'tel & Green Calenloth

I have more. The boy's I was trying for lower rank like blues... the girls are a result or trying to write a girl trying to a high rank female like a gold or a rare. Sometimes I wish they'd been paired with girls but then there are the times like with Fuujin who I poored my heart into and she only gets a green.

I think the only one I ever ask for a female stright male pairing is C'rale
http://www.geocities.com/wuweyr/weyrs/Crale.html

So most of green males go both ways.

Darkling Dawn: Fauna Frenzy Open to candidates; flights open to males/females; rukel eggs/breedings available.
Drockh-Tallahn Castle: 3 eggs, 2 available. Females and males needed.
Sgiath Wolfkeep: 7 pups available
Sedona Weyr: 12 eggs, Deadline March 8. Chasers and a female needed.

I've got hte same problem as mystic, and most of my peeps aren't gendered anyways~~ XP like, inside their heads. I've been meaning to type somethhing on genders-in-mindspace for agess~~~ And also I don't usually include my characters in mating flights, which is a throwback to my dragonriders of pern roleplaying days. -fusses at them- -pets them- whee. >.>

:3 but i'd be more than glad to help with colouring. >.> I may even contribute a character or two, but not until I finish finally paging this wealth of dragon's that's building up o nmy to do list.

I'm not really sure if I have anyone who could participate, except for some of my created-chars for Akelara. I'd have to check, of course, but I don't think I do..

On the other hand, I can do almost anything that you have their on your list, so if this gets off the ground, I'll be willing to assist in any way possible.

Oooh... I have... three females-on-males I can think of off the top of my head that I could send to this, but I'd have to go looking to see if I have any males-on-females that'd fit the bill...

Ack I didn't seem to make it clear that all not just pernese dragons are more then welcome.

This is OPEN to all types of dragons.
I just have mostly Old World dragons.

Dray those two would be great they all can't be pernese now, can they? That'd just be boring with so many diffrent kinds of dragons we have now.

That why I want people to draw so they would reflect the parents they had weather in an old world Talor Cliff, or a Mutt parent with many diffrent backgrounds.

Well, Myrror's bonded to a Blue, but he's not an adopted--I just drew his image, he bonded her in an RP she was just visiting and watching, realm-traveler that she is.

(Threw me for a loop too. I'm like, what do I do with a baby dragon?!)

Dark's bond is male, but is not a dragon--however, he does have some of Dark's abilities, namely shapeshifting. I don't have a decent page for him, though.

*goes over her list* ..I'm guessing that only one has to be a dragon, the other needs to be a humaniod?
