yes. overtime pay = good. (and I stop being a Temp and start being a regular Employee next Monday. Yay!)

... and I guess I should read all/more of the posts before responding, since Shi's involvement here is now questionable. (Hooray about the book thing though!)
If you catch me on AIM (thecrazytiger) please send me a quick note and remind me your name on there. It has been so long since I used that chat medium, I'm staring blankly at my list and not knowing who's actually there. >.<

Yep, Shiolar's doing book-makin' dealies; he said he wouldn't be able to lend a hand after all. :\ Makes for less clutches but maybe next year!

Like I said in PM's, if there's anything off, please let me know, Ty!

Aww -- if you'd like an extra hand to draw/color more pretties to make this a tad bigger (and deal with outlines you might not like to do), I'll lend mine. By the time this upcoming break is over, I'll have the WDH completely finished except for needing candidates (since I'm already about 3/4ths done, and, well... the only thing keeping me from finishing now is lack of time because of crunch before break, which will end this Friday, thank the gods).

And then there's my ungodly long (a month o_o;; ) winter break (since when do I get a month off? Yeesh! That's going to drag on and on...) where I can't see myself having much to do at all... even if I do agree to work as a busser again for a weekend or two.

But that's besides the point. Accept or not, ^^ I don't care. I'll probably just end up using that time to make an ungodly amount of candidates if I have nothing else to do.

Granted, after this last week of Midterm Hell, I also have time to work on babies as well; so if you would like any help from me, I'm more than willing to help. =)

I could help too! *raisehandoffer* Only problem would be I've got lots of time to draw, but little time to color right now. ^.^;; But after the semester is out... X3

Also, I just realized I have someone who would be -perfect- for this! I just gotta page him. *flail* *will do that when she gets home from school today* <3!

*excited 'cause it's her first flurry, too* :D

Thanks for offering, you guys!

Right now I'm going to politely decline, because more babies means more pairings and records to make, which takes longer--even if it's great to have more variety! I'd rather go under the amount that should be done than over, this year, just so that it doesn't blow up my brain. X3 I'd ask for people simply to help me out by writing some hatching-story stuff, but I have a couple of plans for that that have to remain secret, so for now it's just going to be slow. I may ask for colourists at some point, but that's about it!

More fun to hear it's staying small, and I'll be glad to help in any way I can. Except for getting you a christmas tree. I'm afraid, Terry, I cannot do this deed. Alas~ Fair is the wind which blows by in the tepid waters of some other random poetic nonsense~

Speculated deadlines for the flurry are now up on the first post. These are both for you, as dragon/candidate submitters, and for me, as the Flurry-writer/artist. :3 They may shift if unforseen circumstances intervene, but otherwise, expect those deadlines to be the ones that I enforce as they come up.

That said, one more week to submit auditioners! Since I'm getting a good number (and quality! :D) of them already, I will not be asking for seconds from anyone. Thanks, guys!

Um.... Okay so I was looking over the participants and Kat's got one in there from the halloween event, which wasn't listed, and which is already grown up. I'm just wondering how fair it is to place an adult that hasn't gone out yet when the rest of us haven't gotten ours, and to have one which isn't even listed as an offspring/relative. i was looking down there and thought, gee that looks like a halloween one but there was no announcement, and sure enough there isn't one for the adults.... I'm having a very bad week, ignore this if it sounds really pissy but... it's not fair to place your own stuff there without allowing the rest of us to have our adults too - even if they're not going into this event, just ... sorry, I'm not sure why I'm bothering, but it just doesn't seem fair to place your own when the rest of us might want to and won't have the chance unless those adults go out soon.

i so don't want to go to work today. I really just want to go back to sleep. it's been one of those very poor weeks, indeed.

not really involved, but: -hugs- I KNOW what you mean about hard weeks. .-. it's been a craptastic week for everyone i know. X.x

dray- hee, that list of dates looks like the things i get at school when my teacher wants us to read. :3 but yes. there's no chapter numbers, so i'm happy. >.> I'll just sit on my hands for awhile, till the theme and everything are announced-- can't wait to see the outcome of this. ^^

Hey, don't bitch at me, Shard, I'm not the one with the templates. XD I'm sure that Kat just forgot to hand out adults because she has been having an extremely stressful week or so--we've both been having a hard time of things, too.

To be honest? I asked her to put Icuus in, more or less. She's not listed because she's one of the dragons that KTFE/Fa/Agate kept, and sine I love her to pieces and have plans for her, I harassed Kat to page the dragon and send me the link. That's the only reason she's up when the others haven't been sent out yet. (Cripes, it's not like I'm not anxious to get my baby too, you know? XD)

The good thing about Nexus deadlines is that you don't have to worry about tests or exams. XD If it came to that I might run far, far away... (Though a 'what kind of dragon are you?' quiz could be fun! *cackles*)

No no I'm not trying to blame you, just that I'm spiralling pretty hard with things going all the wrong ways at home, work and other stuffs. I've still been trying to decide whether to send my male or female to this, which was why I was very interested in seeing the new list up.

I think everyone needs a nap. :) I'm totally for naps.

I kid you not that is what happened to me. I was sitting around in the computer lab minding my own business and thinking "hey i wonder when our next exam is going to be .... *looks at page* HOLY SHIT IT'S IN AN HOUR!" I know that the test was announced and I should have been well aware of it but for some reason my mind just COMPLETELY blanked it from existence. Luckily my prof also has a tendancy to bluescreen on occasion and he took pity and let me take the test later >_< THAT was a scary moment.

I really really want that term to come into the general vocabulary: "Dude, you just bluescreened on us. What happened?"

I'm so excited, practically sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for flurry-ness. ;D

*totally just submitted an auditioner* X3 Let me know if there's anything wrong with it? x.x; the computer I'm on right now is... having problems. <.< (the mouse stopped working, and alt+(anything) doesn't work, and firefox is only barely being nicer than ie with letting me copy-paste things and/or type in text boxes. *small flail*) If there is, I'll fix it when I get home. *heart on Dray!*

Sure did; I haven't put up the latest auditioners yet because school's been killer. X3 Hopefully those'll get up sometime tomorrow night, since the day after that the auditions close! (Just as a reminder to anyone who still hasn't submitted an auditioner!)
