Well, for starters, don't worry about the mane coloration--parents mane coloration doesn't have any affect on offspring's mane coloration (heck, her parents manes are black..and black). And the Dyrmyst colors would only count if she mated with a Dyrmyst--Silvers mixed in would be good, perhaps blackness for daddy-color. And perhaps something 'Where the heck did THAT color come from' could pop up. Not like rainbow burny or anything like that, but...you get the idea.

/Every/body needs to send in a story. The 'free' spot means that you can claim dibs to a place and I can punt someone else into the next clutch if you ask and it's filled. If, however, it takes a long time for you to send in that story and the clutch is otherwise full, I reserve the right to veto your parental-reserve so that I can get the clutch out of the bay. I'll clarify that in the rules the next time I have time to sit down for a while.

XD There'll be lots of Camilla babies, so it should take a while for it to fill. I'm doing SCD on a clutch-based hatching rather then a timeline based one, so you ought to have lots of time to write.

Star City's my story-agency. The other two are more lax but this one's more traditional in that way. o.o If you want to retract Camilla I can just... try to take her out of everything. I haven't drawn the templates yet, if you're angry I can pretend that part didn't happen and leave the bay open for later or something?

Oh, I'm not angry, I just definately would not have sent Camilla--in character, she'll be devestated if one of her hatchlings doesn't decide to come home with her, and if I don't find the time to write something, that's exactly what's gonna happen.

Of course, if there's no deadline, it may take a year to fill...

No set deadline. Clutch hatches when it's full, but I haven't decided on numbers of eggs yet (really, I've only finished inking one template, so even if a clutch were to close there'd be a delay between that and its hatching. :\)

So, there's two of four or five spots full for the Avyndal/Asandus cross--one from Kat, a reserve from Gail (that still needs writing. XD) Sil, I remember that you wanted one... and since it will be a small clutch, it won't take long to fill up the last two or three spots! :O Best to get on that sooner then later!

Nessie: Just send me a story for 'em and I'll get 'em up. XD I liked your idea, I can't wait to read it! Of course, if your character is left standing, it's encouraged that you write that into your story... you're more likely to get a dragon if you add more story after a no-bond. Not required, but I like to see what happens.

I'm trying to update Star City so that everything is current. I may open flight-auditions sooner then later, so keep checking back!

I also listed them now cuz I wanted to make extra sure that something was okay- set-re and makhet's stories are going to be one in the same, but Lattice's will e included in there. It'll actually be somewhat seperate from the others-- it would be able to stand alone with a little preliminary introduction to explain where set and makhet were going and why and all that, but it's short so I'm going to include it chronologically where it comes in in their story, and link from his page. Also, the stories both converge at the end-- they'll all be in star city togetherish. :/ 'course, that may change, but those are my plans. Are you cool with that? If you'd rather, I'll just keep the stories seperate, on seperate pages, but that might get a tad confusing, chronologically wise.

argh it's hard to explain. X.x hopefully you'll see when i write it.

edit- story is up on Set-re's page. It;s insanely long. Atleast, it is for me. :/ 10 pages, and it took all of two days and this morning to type. -dies- I'm linking everything up now.
Lattice's part is in green, and the part that he and set-re and makhet are in is in a lighter turquoise colour. You might want to c/p it into notepad or something to read it, so it's not as squished. I'd do that, but I'm currently obsessing over space and bandwidth conservation. Whee.
But yes, Lattice's story is included in there. :/ Not that long, but that's a normalish size for me.. X.x If you want me to seperate it or rewrite it, I will, but it'll pretty much be what you see there, with maybe a paragraph of quick summary as to what happened inthe first part of the set-re/makhet story. :/ IT made more sense to me to include it in the same place for that reason, but hey. XP Your clutch, your rules.
