Venatio

Tanzuti are rare creatures, even in mindspace, and tend towards the abstract and abnormal ends of the personality spectrum. That considered, Venatio is considered strange even for them, which must defiantely mean something. Or, conversely, he's deceptively normal. Even so, he is one of the strangest creatures to ever exist in Mindspace, as well as one of the most powerful and valuable, simply by leave of his proffession.
Being an Agent of Mindspace, he is one of the few who can not only alter his own gender and size, amongst other things, but can alter the gender and size of other beings as well. The effects are only temporary, are usually used for alternative methods of reproduction, and are available in varying degrees (from a complete gender switch, to a partial one. Technicalities on the mindspace breeding page). He can also alter the genetics of unhatched/born fetuses for any trait, vital or otherwise, or just modify them without touching their genetics, usually for aesthetic purposes. All Agents of Mindspace can do as much, but Venetio finds the altering of gender comes more naturally to him, and therefore prefers to do that the most. He'll do the other bits of course-- it comes with having the ability-- but he'll protest if asked to do them too much.
Agents of Mindspace are spoiled rotten. Because of their abilities, they're pretty much given leave to do as they please. This did not entertain Venetio, however, who likes things with a subtle sense of excitement. Mindspace, of all places, was boring him. The second he heard about the VOTS breeding project, he was hooked. It was a secret, under as much wraps as it possibly could be in the dragoning community, and it had some sort of higher purpose (though he didn't particularly care what it was, exactly, the fact that it had one was good enough for him.) Exactly what he wanted to keep him interested. The tanzuti set off immediatly, to see if, perhaps, his skills could be useful in such a place.
Should they hire him, they'll find the eccentric to be something of a handfull. Tanzuti is a shameless flirt, though his interests lie in men. He wnats children of his own, though he likes to keep his male form as much as possible. He can shapeshift in addition to his other powers, and has a weak control over wind. He's also extraordinarily fond of music, good art, good food, and anything remotely glittery. He loves shiney things, and has a tendency to hoarde them-- and soap. No soap is safe around this eccentric creature. He's quite taken by smells as well, and will likely be transporting his extensive collection of perfumes, should the project take him in-- he rarely uses them, but he keeps them because they smell good. He has strange mood swings-- one moment he'll be lethargic and relaxed, and the next he'll be up on his feet, wanting to par-tay. Don't expect him to hang around one place too long, and don't be surprised if he goes missing--- but he'll always show up on time for anything he has to do. He can be sweet, of course, but most of the time, he's a little bit of a bitch.
Should the project be willing to put up with his strangeness, they will find him to be a useful, if incredably eccentric, addition to their team.
Also-- watch your shiney and good-smelling things. Nothing is safe around him~

you'll get a scanned image when i get to wisconson/maryland, but for now here's a cursory description: light purple fur, a longish, elegant muzzle that VAGUALLY resembles a strange mix between a bastet-cat and a fox, loong ears, a green mane down a long neck-- there's a bit of it on half his head, hanging down, and it goes down and around his neck, and around his front legs before it stops. :/ that's hard to describe, you'll have to see the scan. Long legs, a sort-of-not-really-deerlike body, and a long tail with a tufted green end. Pupil-less eyes, no wings, and an odd tatoo under his eye. :/ the pic doesn't look as accurate or as pretty, particularly becuase its just a coloured sketch, but yeah, it'll give you the general idea, and whatnot. whee. i'm confusing.
._. he's interesting. his name means something like Game, in latin. whee! enjoy him, and change anything you dislike.
