Re sponsor/candie: a sponsor is a person who's already dragonbonded with a non-Tattoo Dragon.

Can the host/sponsor/bond 'visit' the dragon in their realm if they meditate/have psionics/magic to do so? If not why not?
They can, but it's tricky- it'd be like a form of astral projection, since the tattoo has to be on their body for the dragon's 'home' to exist anyways. It's sort of like having an eggshell- dragon needs it to be born, and can go into it at any time. However, said eggshell being within a person's body, that person could literally wipe both the dragon, the realm, and themselves out if their entire bodies went into them- see?- so an astral projection would be as close as they can get. That being so, their experience in Paradise is very limited- the dragons are solid in their reality and their owners/hosts are spirit-like to them.
When the dragon is 'not' in their paradise, do they appear to spring from their tattoo or just materialize or??? How big are they?
The tattoo glows with their colors and colored mist rises from it as the dragon materializes into the physical world. Young ones tend to materialize and forget to flap their wings to hover, and so go splat on the ground the first few times...

I'm guessing that dragons can sponsor/bond, is it limited to sentient creatures (not that I'd be sending you a football or something, just wondering). Does the creature bonding/sponsoring/getting tattooed have anything to do with their dragon's powers or abilities if they have any? (so if someone who's a fire mage gets this done, will their dragon be any likelier to have that kind of ability if possible for them?)
The person getting tattooed doesn't get their ability to create Paradise- nor do Tattoo-dragon hybrids (sorry!). However, they do get the obligatory telepathic phone cord so they can communicate to each other. ^^ They could theoretically learn the ability from their owner, since they're partially exposed to the energy, but it wouldn't be a pre-existing aptitude.
if you're talking about giving out draggies as you get candidates, you can set a clutch number and just give the babies out until you reach a set deadline or the clutch runs out, and THEN write a hatching story for all of them. or write mini hatching stories if they don't all hatch at once, or something?
