A little early, and already a bit odd~

Four days early, but what the hell. -shrugs- I celebrated my birthday today anyways, so i might as well make a thread announcing it. On the thirteenth i'm gonna be 17.
It's been okay so far. Yesterday me and my brother and mum went off to see POTC2, which kicked ASS. >.> I have bad taste inmovies, but yes. My mom behaved herself and was almost nice. Today, we spent the day in DC. Saw spamalot, which was AWESOME. and nonhomophobic, which was love. (Lancelot and Herbert 4evah!) It was hiliarious and beautiful and I want it on DVD~ <3 After that we went out to a really fancy place to eat, The Old Ebbit Grill. That was pretty good. It was marred by the fact that mom had recently broken up with her boyfriend, and kept talking about it. Even though i don't like her much, i was sympathetic, but after the first few hours it just got.. tedious. X.x And i hate to say that, but it did.
It was futher marred because I called dad, and he told me that one of my cats has dissapeared. It's his cat, really, she's always been closest to him, but yes. She managed to get outside somehow, and just wandered off sometime last night and hasn't returned home. the last few times she's gotten out, she's returned by now, but maybe she'll show up later or something. X.x I'm worried because we have foxes, and dogs, and coyotes around where I live, and she'd stand no chance against them. She weighs ten pounds and she's declawed. Her only saving grace is that she could, perhaps, jump in a tree or on a roof, but still. I'm writhing with worry.
So yeah. Otherwise, today was great, but Sienna's dissapearance puts a bad end on it. ;-; All i want for my birthday is her back, to be corny and completely honest.

//semi-bummer post. ._. I'm seventeen now~ or I will be in a few days. Which still makes me amongst the youngest people here. Yay, I feel young.

Happy birthdays then!

It sucks about the cat, I hope she comes home. I always worry about any of my cats getting out, though they're not declawed (and most are too chickenshit to go out anyway) but one will wander around for hours. The other's an outdoor indoor anyway, but still I don't like em going around where I can't immediately find them.

aaaaanyway - something big or something small? An element, color, or theme (whichever if you have a preference). Something draconic or other? What'chu want?

X.x I can relate to that. My cats are indoor, or they should be. Sienna likes to wander about, and she convinces the little boy, mocha, to do the same. he's scared shitless of the outdoors, though-- the furthest he got was just outside the second story window, where I assume he found the jump down too daunting to handle. He ended up cuddling in a corner of the roof for 12 hours, at which point I saw him while driving home from work. ;-; It was wierdly cute, cuz I saw this ball of orangey-cream coloured fluff (he looks like one of your cats, actually, from what i've seen) that turned around and meowed at me. >.> and the ni had to go rescue him from the roof. >.> He's never been outside in his life other than that, though, which is why he's such a scardeycat.
My other cat used to be a stray, and she almost starved to death, and has thusly decided that living inside where it's warm and there are People-who-give-you-food-whenever-you-want-it is a good thing.
;-; I'm really worried about that little cat, though. mrph.

ah well, enough of my emos. Hm... dragony things, or things i can breed? with dragonies? Kirins, too, i like thems. >.>
As for colours/themes/elements? I dunno. I'm not so big on elements, and for once I can't think of any themes. nomnom.
Colourwise, I'm not that picky at all. ._. interesting or looks good. Disturbingly bright things, things that make your eyes bleed, rainbows, black [or white] with rainbows, earthy colours, browns and cream tones, black with neon, dark brown with neon, anything with neon, sickly colours, things that look dead, purple, silver, black. Anything, really. ^^
So.. I guess i leave it up to you guys? Anything that looks good/looks interesting. ._. whee~

Ooh, happy almost-your-birthday! I'm glad to hear your day was mostly good! Makes me want to do a birthday dragon for you, since you've been so nice to me lately, but I have no templates I can really use (yet). :/ Guess I'll have to make you something while I'm on vacation! X3

Happy Birthday!!! Well, an early one anyway.

POTC2 definitely kicked ass. I think it was even better than the first one, which is like a super rarity.

I'm sure the kitty will be fine. I kept a bunch of cats on a farm where we had coyotes, racoons, foxes, and even a bear, and we never lost any to animals. So, I have faith in her.

I'll whip up some sort of giftie when I get my computer over to this house.

XP i liked POTC2, too. Cept that ending made me crave more~ Urgh. I hear the next movie comes out in may, though, which makes me happy down below. ;-; am i the only one who wanted to gnaw on davy jone's squid-beard? And that witchdoctor chick was HOT. ;-;

It is had to do a good sequal. Everyone i've talked to liked it, cept some people were put off by the ending. >.> I was too distracted by the pretty glowy lights to be put off by the ending too much, though. Cept I wanted to kill elizabeth, but i've always wanted to kill elizabeth, so that's not much different. ^^

GLOWY EFFECTS ARE FUN. ;-; ah you make me want t oplay on photoshop. I did them for redrum's babies. and -waves paws around- but i spoil myself~ -just went and ordered a bunch of DVD's for the hell of it- ;-; spoiling nessies are bad. then she gets reclusive and makes odd noises from beneath the bed when you're trying to sleep, like the knights who say Ni!

Yeah, I've had my share of bad endings, but unless they're really bad, I don't mind too much. Though cliffhangers just make me want to watch more... >.>

Why not play? Playing is fun, and you could get better at coloring that way! I should play more often... XP I haven't done anything glowy before, so it'll be something new, but I think I've got a pretty good idea how to do it. *grabby hands* I wanna see Redrum kids! And the Knights who say "Ni!" are awesome. I wanted to dress up as one for Halloween but couldn't find the materials. XD

If you've got photoshop and want to do little circly glowies, there's a gradience that's half transparent, that i use. ^^ As for the redrum babies, Aeriona has them now, and the only people who've seen them before that were... I can't remember. Shard and Racheal? whoever owned Pearla-tiki and redrum. And i can't play yet, i have to ink the templates first~

and update on the kitty-- she's still not found. Dad thinks she's come to some harm, becuase she's not the sort of cat to just abandon her family, and every time she's gotten out she;s ALWAYS back in the morning. always. alwaysalways.
I keep going down to check, but the food he left out for her is untouched. I'm giving her a week, btu i'm already in the dumps about it.

Well, he's not glowie, but he is shiny! This is Poratpit, violet guardian of things that need guarding. He's a kirin dragon, about the size of a large shire type horse. His powers include empathy, vocal speech, and shielding power (like a force field). Has no relatives, is breedable with anything that likes to, prefers live birth bearers.

*smirks* Guess what? You're going to be the first person to receive a dragon from Carodos. All you need to do is pick a gender and from the following colors:

Blue
Green
Black/Gray
Red/Orange
Purple/Pink
Yellow
Cyan
White/which is more of a combination of many creamy colors that are off-white.
