I'm seeing a dark blue-grey on my monitors, and they're both set to a pretty high brightness... I've been wondering what that dark one was for DAYS though.

*still needs to find time to write a Candidate for this*

she's a light indigobluepurple thing colour, and the second one is blue and greenish-blue and white, according to this moniter.

I was referring to the second image (earth-water). Now that I know this is a dragon on its back I see it clearly, and can identify which species it is a hybrid of. *slaps forehead* XD; Thank you! ^^

I've seen her on Skysong's chatboard. >_> I'm not sure if she's taking a break from the Nexus or not, but apparently her mother took longer after her surgery then they thought to heal, or someut like that? ^_^ I'm sure she'll come back when she feels that she's ready.

Nope. I've sent her a couple emails, too, to which she has not responded. I'll wait a while longer, then email her yet again, and if I don't hear from her after that... well, I know what I'll do, but I'll only worry about that if it comes to it.

She has to pick the winner and write the flight, yes. I won't do that for applicants, since that's the equivalent of writing prestory for a Synth. So if she doesn't return, I'll have to scrap the flight.

Here's a reminder that there's two weeks (now minus one day) left to submit candidates to the Asandae clutch!

Also, Lakota has vanished again. D: Sent her another email giving her a deadline to provide a Flight, otherwise I'll have to remove Anii-shiba from the listings. Hopefully Lakota's just forgetful, rather than having real-world troubles....

I have a question!

Having almost reached the point in my story where it will become relevant... Does Abstract Destiny have some kind of universal translators or anything of the type?
It doesn't matter a huge amount, but it will change how I approach writing the last chapter or two of the story. I can make it work either way, but the story will be slightly different, if that makes sense?

Edit - Also! I have another question. Can our characters get cyborware, in story kind of thing, or is it limited to dragons? A question half out of curiousity and half out of story intention. I haven't decided which yet, so I thought I'd ask first, then decide.

People who don't speak the local language can either get a telepath to translate for them, as telepaths are common on the ship, or they can receive a magical enchantment similar to the size-spell that lets overly large creatures board the Destiny--it'll make them understand everyone around them, as well as allow others to understand them, without actually changing the language either party is speaking. (They hear the "gibberish" of the other language, but know what is being said.)

Characters can and have gotten in-story cyborware. Schroeder himself has a replacement arm. :3
