Hey, Shiolar? Question here.

For story-purposes, can I change the size of one of my starry dragons to around green-size or smaller? It's okay if I can't, but it would be nice. I would like for her to have been born abnormally small, and have been supported by a couple of her brothers throughout life. Again, I fully understand if you don't want me to do that - I can always come up with something else! ^_^
