The homeworld is Danach... Technically, these guys will be from Cathair Fionabhainn, but there won't be a link to that because I've decided against reopening the Cathair itself. So... feel free to link either to Mirus or this thread. Either works, really.

The d8 is an 8-sided dice, which I use to choose the colours when someone asks for randoms...

Well... I couldn't find my real d8, so I had to use the Java one at Irony Games...
I used Excel's random number generator for the sizes, and I used Namegen for the names... these dragons are about as random as they can get, I think.

Here are my four that I sent to Draco Prime, the other four who are at Pyrus Weir I still have to finish. I hope it's okay I'm converting them all to gifs, they're quite large images and I want to save room on my domain because even though I probably have plenty, godaddy for some reason is not letting me log in to check my stats. Really. It keeps saying I have the wrong password even though I know FOR A FACT that it's the right one. I'll call tech support as soon as the long weekend's over.

Question... I actually have a black Danachian that is female. Granted her rider is a woman, and rather masculine, but I wanted to know your personal opinion on gender vs. color for these guys. (what gender for each color, what gender bonds to each color) If you're entirely traditional, no need to list them, I was just curious. :3

arghargh. i hate to bother you one last time, but i just created me a new world and need to populate it. 13 more please, randomly coloured, but only one starry if any. They'll all be going to the academy.

And er, for breeding these dwaggies. What are the restrictions and what not? /is it allowed for us to just randomly breed a female/male with some other random dragon on our own agency, or must we go through your agency first, or something to that end? :/ becuase for some reason or another, i want to make me a clutch at that new world, but yeah. it's all so new to me~[/img]

I'll put up the dragons for you guys when I get home from work... In the mean-time, question answering.

For the colours, I've always gone by:
Starry - female, bond female
Black - male, bond male
Silver - male, bond male
Copper - male, bond male, VERY rarely female (only if the Candidate is REALLY special)
Purple - female, bond female, VERY rarely male (only if the Candidate is REALLY special)
Lavender - female, bond female, VERY rarely male (only if the Candidate is REALLY special)
Blue - male, bond males and females
Green - female, bond males and females

For breeding, there's no restrictions at all. Breed 'em with whatever you like, wherever you like, whenever you like.

Oh, just quickly: Do these guys /need/ to bond, and if so, do they need a human(oid) rider? I was going to have my guys wander around together without 'em, but if that's not how they work, I can still revise it.

Officially, Danachians were supposed to need to bond, back when the world was originally created. But I ended up dropping that some time later, both for the B.Raug and for my own story purposes (Dvheyan', Naska' and Kendarvav' I remember offhand...)

Danachians don't need to bond, and if they choose to bond, they can bond anything sentient. They can also group bond, where three or more Danachians hatching together all bond to each other...

Where'd you get your black from Neishai? There were never many Cathairs running back when I ran Fionabhainn... Just Fion and Utopian I think, actually...
