General colour favs:

Along with black and white, of course! X3

As for combos: darker browns with reds, lighter browns with whites, greens with silver, greyed-down blues with gold, greens with gold; black, copper-or-warm-brown and white together... typically muted colours that look good together, so long as they're not purple or pink!

Patterns: points or boots composed of two seperate colours from the main body! :D I love it when the main body of a dragon/creature fades to one colour, and then another one! ^_^

Creatures: XD Things of breedable size, since I don't really use pets very often. Typical draconic build, or wingless-types; fluff is fun, and I like odd features as well. :3 Fun personalities are great, too, though I know people tend to leave that up to whoever they're giving presents to. XD Ooh, and lineages, if they apply! I like having dragons with a pedigree!

Happy Birthday, Dray....end of April birthdays are the best aren't they? (I'm an April 29th baby myself) And I'd have a b-day present for you, but seeing as how I'm in Oz still, with no scanner and none of my dragon-related files, I'm afraid you're just going to have to do with my well-wishes.

So, very happy birthday, wishing you all the best, here's hoping someone can manage a creature with all your favourite colours

Hey Dray! The Schattarneki-subspecies critter is finally here for j00! I thought about it, and I figured, why just MAKE a dragon for your BWR when I can make one AND give it to you? XD I also tried to follow some of your preferences (points, body fading first to one color and then another) while still keeping black on there so it could go into the BWR :3

Name: Jezkar-byakko (Hanzhies are named like Schattarneki are, but with one difference: the last syllable of EVERY hanzhie's name delineates its color, i.e., the dominant color on its body. If it's pretty evenly bi- or tri-colored, the parents choose whichever color they see "first" or whichever they prefer. The word for "black" in Schinterel is "kko".)

Species: Hanzhineki (Schattarneki subspecies)
Color/Markings: Black fading to dark green fading to light green, with gray points

Personality: Bold and brash, Jez faces every challenge head-on. He also has flawless confidence: he will win every female's flight, regardless of the fact that he can't fly, and he will win every battle versus another dragon, even if said other dragon is fifty feet tall. He's not exactly egotistical or vain, and he's not intolerable, he's just... very sure of himself. VERY sure. He does, however, have a "glass jaw" of sorts: he is very paranoid about his eyes, and at the merest hint of injury to his eyes, he falls apart into a whimpering sissy. Threatening to hurt his eyes is a sure-fire way to make him turn tail and flee. Then again, for a species that hunts by sight, it makes some sense...
