>.>" I know that JKat sent you a message about the internet being down... and since we live in the same building with internet provided by the same (currently lame) residence-people, can I claim a 'get out of deadline free' card, too? :O

No, you can't. Cause I'm a mean rotten nasty cold hearted person who never ever lets the rules get broken, let alone bent. And there's no such thing as an internet outage, especially in the residence halls of a University...

*grins*

Of course you can. Please send me your personas as soon as you can.

OMGWTFBBQ Flurry candidate time!

In other words... I did it! The internet is back and I've got my two in. Thank you, Ty! :DDDD

The Spring Equinox is March 20th.

And I'm supposed to have it hatched before then.

Today's the third.
And I haven't finished the images yet. *dies*

*resurrects herself*

(I can't finish them if I'm dead, and if I don't, y'all will kill me for it... >.> )

Sherra is craaaaaz-ah!

March 20th... nice. I'm off work that day. I'm also looking forward to seeing all these dragons. Not to put any pressure on you or anything, Ty... :)

It's Everyone Stare at Ty time! *staaaaaaaaaaaaaaaare*

Out of curiosity, how do you make your dragon images? From the look of 'em, you've gotta be doing that all on the computer... Do you sketch first and then go over the sketches, or are you able to completely do that stuff using those click and drag line tools? *peer peer peer*

Wow, thanks for the offers, I appreciate it. ^_^
I may take you all up on that. I've still got ... yeah. Fifteen drawings to "ink" and one ready-to-go outline...

to answer your question, Sherra:

I sketch/draw the images on paper, like normal, and scan them in, and then do all the "inking" with the curvy line tool in MS paint. It is a tedious time-consuming pain in the ass process, but nobody's dragons look like mine, so I think it's worth it. I have been doing this all along, since I made the original Ryslen templates. Fortunately, my art and photoshop skills have improved over time so that I can bring you such new and fanciful Flurry dragons.

The only image I have done solely with the computer is the hatchling Lian.
So cute...

I can throw up a page with the rough steps (sketch, "inking", finished blank) when I get home (only half an hour more until I'm off work) if you want to see.

That's the problem with Frenzies -- you let them get out of hand, and you're stuck drawing forever and eighteen days past the deadline. >.>

Ty, when/if you take up that colouring offer, just drop me the templates and the colours you'd like at

dracothrope @ gmail . com with 'flurry dragons' in the title? ^_^' I don't know if I can get the colours to look like yours, but I can try! As for the flurry flakes this year... will you be able to put those on the finished image, or would you prefer the .psd file when I'm finished with it?

:3 Glad to be of service, though! ^_^
