Species: Draconic
Theme: A flower. Yep. That's what I would like. The ones that stick to my head right now is an orchid, or a trumpet flower. Something unusual. Not a lilly or a rose, but something... more exotic? XD Not a tree, or a plant, but just the flower and the stem. The way you would get it at a florist.

Features: Kingly (or queenly, rather), a truly knight-in-shining-armor
Good dragon. Possibly with horns on it's head like a crown, even. And
multiple wings, up to four pairs (if you're up to it ). Crown-horns-thingy, check. Four sets of wings, check. She also comes with a nice glowy white aura, but I don't think it's really that visible on the pale background of these forums...
Species: Preferably draconic Check!
Element(s): Purity, goodness, justice, light. Check!
Theme: The second of my ruling trio, this will be the goddess of Good.
She's got to be powerful enough to counter this guy, my God of Evil.

I was quite inspired by your request, hence why she's done so quickly. The glow was a thing I added in pretty much at the last moment, because it seemed to fit with the theme. And the four sets of wings were a challenge, but an enjoyable one. I hope you like her.

Hope you don't mind the pale-blue tipping of the feathers, and everything else is up to you, though I think they have frost breath and some wind powers. ^.^

I definately took the oriental idea and ran with it this time. Your request lit a fire under me! Anyway, this guy has pretty powerful fire abilities, but they all rely on the giant orb in his grasp. That is the source of all his abilities. He has a tiny diamond-shaped hunk of it set into his forehead and this will glow as he uses his powers. Normally, he'll keep that orb safely hidden away somewhere, for if it were destroyed he would become powerless. Enjoy!

I got yours, and I hope you like him... I was tempted to keep him!
Name: Isstiv (if you don't like, by all means, change it)
Gender: I'd say definitely male
Color: I know, he doesn't have as much black as he probably should, but I couldn't resist the King Cheetah pattern! His long feathers started out golden, but are gradually darkening... (story bit?)
Element/Abilities: No actual element, but he does have a minor shifting ability. He can shift to a partial-anthro form, mostly shifting proportions enough to stand and move bipedally with some ease. He can speak vocally, but tends to stretch his s's. He is fully flight capable.
I think I'll leave the rest up to you, except for
Species: Winged Cheetah
Size: around 10' long, 3'6" at shoulder
I made two copies of the pic, one png, one gif... the png has better color, but I have no idea how to make it transparent! But that is the one I'll show. If you can make it transparent without damaging the color too badly, go for it!

As for coloring, I used my handy dandy Wacom Tablet with Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 (Since that is what I can afford. =D).

LakotaWolf!

When I finally found a pose I liked I kind of went wildy and started adding in all of those curls... so she's a very curly dragon.

Color-wise she might be a little plain, but I liked the 'zen' of her markings (I semi-based them off of Kabuki makeup). ^_^ Female, obviously, and I like the name Noh-ku but you can change that if you want.

If you'd perfer a gif or jpg file format just say so. ^^
