omg. JUST. GOT. HOME. I ws in a room with 500 stinky gamers for 17 hours straight! I feel light-headed x_x plus it rained on the drive home, which sucked. Anyway, too tired to extrapolate, so I will simply cover Phe with luvorz for giving me the time-extension XD and I will apologize that my candidates' personality descriptions are brief, because their personalities show out a bit better in the story ... :3

Not as "later" as I thought!
Upon arriving at the Destiny at an unspecified date and time (extra clutches have a habit of working that way, you know), the applicant candidates were clustered together under the guidance of Doctor Schroeder, Devika, and a few other assistants, and warmly escorted into the main body of the ship. After taking the elevator in a series of supervised groups, they all ended up in a special incubator room on the Science Deck.
The room had the fifteen-foot ceiling common throughout most of the ship, so most full-sized dragons wouldn't have been able to fit, but in length and breadth there was room enough for all the candidates. The far wall was all a rectangular, magitech machine, with a see-through "lid" which had been pulled up to the ceiling. On a mattress made of a soft, sterile, foam-like substance, laid the shells of twelve eggs and twelve conjoined hatchlings (twenty-four dragons altogether), watching the candidates with varied degrees of curiosity. None of them required a bond, though their conjoined mothers' genetics had given them the option, which was why they'd hatched ahead of time to wait patiently for the applicants to come visit them.
One by one, Schroeder named each pair and their duality aloud, and the candidates most connected to that duality stepped forward. The duality hatchlings would examine them, murmur to each other a moment, and then make their declaration.
Korpo'Animo – Body & Soul
These two males took one look at Saiyuri and Saiyena, their only candidates, and each grinned broadly with a cry of "Perfect!"
Rasulo'Ravnoteza – Chaos & Order
A rainbow-splattered female and grey male discovered there was one more thing they could agree on outside of loving to get in each other's way—Rantie'Eitarin, their similarly conjoined great-grandpama, was as suited a bond for them as anyone could get!
Mapera'Taivas – Earth & Sky
Two females, earthy-colored and sky-colored, were happy to discover that Jared and Alohilani would make fine bonds for them. These sisters, you see, adore each other, and wouldn't accept any candidates that also were friends.
Kebaikan'Durjana – Good & Evil
These sisters looked up at the half-werewolf siblings that were their candidates, but after a moment, shook their heads. Alpharis and Omegaeis were just… confusing.
Naikou'Daitan – Introvert & Extrovert
Spotting Livia and Nalia, flashy Naikou nodded his head in eager, excited approval, while duller Daitan shyly peeked out of the incubator, and finally gave a brief, bashful nod of his own.
Radost'Zarmutek – Joy & Sorrow
When this pair stood up, yellow Radost laughed gleefully, though blue Zarmutek looked on the verge of tears—but that was just their unchanging duality. Despite Zarmutek's sad face, she approved of Aaliyah and her Shadow just as much as Radost did.
Xi'Dui – Love & Hate
"I don't mind that no one's here for us yet," exclaimed white-pink Xi, when no one stepped forward for him and his brother. "I still love everyone!"
"I would've hated anyone that showed for us, anyway," grunted Dui.
Gandur'Visindi – Magic and Science
These two sisters found themselves as the only pair with a dilemma—they actually had two candidate-sets to pick from!
"I like him," mused Gandur, looking at Elder Shy.
"But I like him," answered Visindi, looking at Jacen Ascent.
The sisters put their heads together and whispered for a while, before finally coming to an agreement.
"Sorry, but you're just too grumpy for me," Gandur said, looking at Lady Shy. "And you didn't even know we'd be conjoined, anyway."
"But you're okay," Visindi smiled at Nacen, Jacen's twin.
Jantan'Betina – Male & Female
A blue and pink pair stepped forward, the male strutting with confidence, while the female kept her head meekly and submissively bowed. Jantan clearly approved of Magg, but Betina was as opposite to Anima as could be! This match just wouldn't do.
Suur'Beden – Mind & Body
A rainbow-spotted white male and a flesh-toned female had no trouble agreeing that the whorling siblings Ariiz and Ziira suited them just fine. Suur was a thinker and Beden was a doer, so the twin whorlings matched them well.
Dunya'Medeniyet – Nature & Civilizaton
Although they could be a discordant pair of sisters—steely Medeniyet trying to be protective of Dunya, who wanted no such coddling—they agreed on bonding Ianthe and Timur easily enough, though they both looked at Ianthe with sadness as they realized how the dryad had been separated from her tree. How horrible!
Bashasha'Sononeka – Positive & Negative
Perhaps a stranger set of candidates had never been seen than a centaur and a sokmunster, but rainbow-spotted Bashasha and grey-swirled Sononeka liked them well enough! Though it was hard to say Sononeka actually liked anything….
"They'll just up and abandon us once we're off the ship, I know it!" she sniffled.
Bashasha only laughed. "If they do, it's only because they'll get us ice cream, and come right back!" she proclaimed.
And that was all twelve dragon-pairs accounted for… and then a thirteenth raised their heads from among the shards of eggshell.
Black and white in equal proportion, the pair moved with none of the awkwardness their siblings had—they moved, instead, in perfect coordination.
"We are Taijitu!" they announced, their voices speaking in union, their young tones already a choir-like complement to each other. "We are Yin and we are Yang—we are Unity! Anima and Magg, you are ours!"
Taijitu – Yin & Yang

ALL hatchlings bonded to the candidate MOST like them, rather than their counterpart. The only exception is the surprise pair Taijitu (also having existed since the beginning), who double-bonded both Anima and Magg (though to the unified hatchlings, they consider it a single bond of two people, and are equally attached to both.)
Congrats to those that bonded, and apologies to those that did not… but that's the nature of contests, alas.
Good & Evil Kebaikan'Durjana, Love & Hate Xi'Dui, and Male & Female Jantan'Betina are the only pairs without bonds or sponsor, and so will go around another week (until the 21st). They, and all the other pairs, can be found here: http://xenoqueen.deviant-uprising.com/A ... ra/01p.htm
Everyone—including participants of this round—are welcome to submit for Kebaikan'Durjana, Xi'Dui, or Jantan'Betina. Since their personalities can now be read on the pick-up page, it should be easy to craft candidates or a sponsor to them!
And thanks so much to ALL who participated. :3 Any future 'giveaways' I do with follow this same format, since it worked so well.

Ooh, that's sweet! I was thinking, "gosh - pink and blue, confident and submissive that's soooo not what male and female mean to me".... but, hey, yin and yang are definitely closer to what Anima and Magg really mean.

Well, I thought about sending something in for them, but the candidates would have been Gaston from Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" (as a zombie, of course, since he's dead) and a random girl named Matty leDoor with one of those "something-during-the-day, something-else-at-night" curses (during the day: meek, polite, submissive, graceful. at night: twice as pretty, but a militant feminist extremist vegetarian).
And then I thought... nahh. But hey, someone else can use the idea if she wants!
And then I thought... nahh. But hey, someone else can use the idea if she wants!

Those few dragonets who hadn't been bonded or sponsored the first time still received their candidates the way their now long-absent siblings had. Their incubator had been cleaned of all the egg-leavings, of course, and they had been allowed to roam the ship as they waited for more candidates to be collected, but the three of them returned to the room just for simplicity's sake, and looked eagerly (not counting hate-incarna Dui) for the candidates that were theirs.
Kebaikan'Durjana – Good & Evil
Though would-be bonders had come for them last time, now these sisters had sponsors to chose from—and what a hard choice to make! Meian and Yuumei were two aspects in one body, just as they were, but only one was active at a time. At the moment, light and good Meian stood before them, but they could sense Yuumei within, just waiting for the night to release him.
But the other was Atretis, a young man who, if he could be called anything outside of human, was neutrality itself. In the end, it was he that won the sisters' attention. Oh, the fun they would have trying to sway his opinions!
Xi'Dui – Love & Hate
There was only one candidate pair available for Xi'Dui, but a more perfect match couldn't have been available.
"Oh, I love you, you're just like me!" Xi squealed, happily nuzzling at Sevash's hand.
Dui, on the other hand, eyed Cercei with grudging admiration. His muzzle twitched as he searched for something to hate.
"Your hair's too long," he finally snorted, and then allowed the bond to set.
Jantan'Betina – Male & Female
This brother-sister pair blinked with bewilderment at their lone sponsor-candidate. The flamboyant and silly Petunia—who was a male dragon despite his mannerisms—was not at all what they'd been expecting! Betina was totally confused—did she turn submissive to him, as a male? Or was he female enough to be friendly with?—and Jantan quickly turned to disgust. How unmanly!
But in the end, they decided to go with Petunia anyway. They did want to leave the Destiny, and though Betina remained confused, Jantan sensed that Petunia's bond was significantly more masculine, and might make up for things….

And that's all the dragons handed out, yay!
Now to everybody that received, I'm not putting a definite deadline on getting your images up. YET. Eventually I will start looking and start poking people, but for now, there's no hurry. ^^

Gots Jantan'Betina up. I want to make them happy, somehow ;.;
