DF's Updates (ABANDONING WARNING + UPDATE)

Well, though the clutch list isn't up yet, you could check the Records Hall link and look at the wild/feral listings.

Basically, a character or sponsor, person or creature (whatever is acceptable by the rules which I can't off the top of my sleepy head remember) on a page, with some stats about who they are, where they're from, etc, plus a story about how they got to the Sanctuary / citadel. Something that gives off a bit of information about their personality and capabilities, which will give the owner of any agency (these rules apply to darn near every single one of our sites) an idea of what rank, type or abilities the dragon you get will have. Generally a well-written medium length (not toooo long, not soooo short) story will get a nice dragon.

A nice page long? Each place has a different requirement, some people just don't like reading 4-5 page long stories, while others really dig it.

Probably a 1 or 2 page deal, I usually do that and put the dragon on page 2 with more story.

I require, at minimum, a stats page, though I'm starting to prefer at least some sort of story blurb to go with it.

And for the record, Fera, I didn't want to bring this up, but since you seem interested in submitting to me once again -

You are on the Citadel's blacklist, for the abandonment of Rane. I sent her to your provided email address since at the time, you didn't check this board, and also a follow-up warning when you never placed her, and I never got a response. If your email filtered my address for some reason, or you never got it, I'm sorry, but I mailed you twice about it and was essentially ignored. But, the Citadel's blacklist does not apply to the Sanctuary, in this case. Just FYI.

Though on the other hand, it's actually really generous of you in general to only blacklist people from one of your adoptions. Most I've heard of blacklist people entirely.

DF, I'm sory for being late getting Roehm up! I just got home an hour ago and after eating have found that the problem I was having yesterday with the direct uploading to my site hasn't magically cured itself and gotten better. I'm going to try again tomorrow in the morning - check http://www.tsotm.org/kalir/bondless/roehm.html in the afternoon and it should (hopefully) be working.

ALso need to tinker with McCullen and Aonghus, since it seems they aren't showing up for me as being online.

Blah. Ok. So. My tablet is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Crossing fingers that I'll get to play with it. The Citadel adults are almost ready for scan, so if the tablet comes, I'll see about doing teh shading and stuff for the growth stages.

After that (while juggling the trades I owe to some, as well as the exchange dragon I missed finishing for Sargon) will be Ranum's clutch growths, and I will locate my other clutch sketches so I can continue things a bit better.

Woookay.

Some of you may already know, but I now have my tablet. <3 And it works, thanks to the help I've gotten from my boyfriend, Phe, and Xalia. <3 <3 <3

The special event story is in the works, the hatchlings are being colored, and I'm outlining the adult. Many thanks to Phe for being my shader on this set. ^_^ I'm hoping to get them out by the end of the week, cross my fingers. ^^;;;

Next happy note, I've gotten all the template variants for the first set of Citadel adults shaded - Echothet's brood. I've misplaced the other set, whoopsie, and I'm looking for it. Coloring those is a little slow, but is going well, so expect to see those soon too!

Then comes Ranum's set. The original adult sketches are being adjusted a bit (read: redrawn a teensie bit), and they'll be going out after the Citadel set.

A reminder that because of some revamps I'm doing, I am currently not accepting any new risers, but there is still a clutch out on Citadel's sands (if your candidate submission is not shown on the candidate page, don't fret - updates will occur during my revamp, only 'panic' if you aren't there afterwards ^_~). Remember that I'm not 'counting eggs' anymore, so you won't find any candidate number limits. ^_~

Also of note, Xalia's dual flight at the Sanctuary is still looking for a couple more males for the flight! (Please speak to Xalia if you want to know her preferences, but I believe she likes males that have a little personality/story for the flight along with them.)

And a shameless plug, I have two rising females at Xalia's lodge, SEND ME BOYS! XD XD XD

Hmm.

Has anyone used my Sanctuary Flights form in awhile to send in males? I'm curious since I was rooting through the server default email yesterday and saw an error from one of them. If you have sent any fliers in to me and they aren't listed on their approriate pages now, LET ME KNOW. x_x

Ok, after much sucky waiting, I have finished the Citadel adults. But, what's this? Gasp! There's no pickup yet! That's cause I'll be checking URLs one more time before I upload....cause their powers need tweaking at adulthood. ^_^ Look for them tomorrow! (Er, today, in some cases. SUNDAY!)

So, I have checked URLs this morning, and all but one are accounted for. Does anyone know if Seraaches is still around here, or what happenedto her pages?

But for the rest of you..... @_@ I'm hoping once I'm caught up on everything else, the length of time between hatchling and adult will not happen again. x_x

My server decided to be down and annoying right as I go to try and upload, so that'll have to wait a few minutes. In the mean time, here's an update or two.

Because this group was hatched (and supposed to grow) before DF got involved with Citadel and Sanctuary, these guys didn't get any additional stuff from her.

Some of them developed some new abilities, and the Shadow status will be resolved on that page.

If you have any questions about breeding and the resulting offspring having a Shadow status, just ask, but I think I was clear on the page.

As soon as my server decides to cooperate, I'll update this thread again with pickups.

Of course. I had one when they were younglings and Caco got that one with her story. :D That's how I like to do it. :D
