Well, I still think I'll hold off on my giveaways for a while.. I don't get the inspiration to draw creatures very often, but unfortunately it looks like this time my inspiration's coincided with a number of other giveaways ^_^;

Breedings are more interesting, anyways..

O_o' Bah, I'm still going to give away the current batch I've got started. XD I'm tired of writing stuff, but I'll still try to send in candidates, if I have time and inspiration. It's always been a matter of 'if you don't want/have time for/feel like writing for, then don't enter!' sort of thing... and there will always be more later on.

I think someone needs to develop a 'brain to internet' interface....

That way we'd all be able to just plug in and think hard, and there you go. Layouts no problem. Wording, easy.

Did anyone ever watch the cartoon Exo-Squad in the early-mid 90s-ish?

They had little brain-to-mech-thingy converters, so the exoframe would plug into the back of your neck, and all you did was think about moving, and the exoframe would move.

I only SAID something because it seems like everyone is only doing giveaways, no clutches, or anything -- and for reference, I don't like writing hatchings, myself. So I can understand that. It just seems too simple, leaving nothing at all to work for.

And I'm getting REALLY SICK of being demonized, thank you. v.v

*EDIT* And I did not mean stopping giveaways altogether, I just thought maybe focusing on other things since we have a bazillion of them.

Oh, DragonFlight--I wanted to say, I *love* your dragons. x.x I think you're a good artist, myself, I just haven't gotten anything in to you because well...I don't know who to send, and I've got really enough on my plate as it is.

Most of my candidates are rather well thought-out, or they're just... Stats pages. Which I hate sending out that type of candidate. >_<

Maybe we could all just do a *different* type of giveaway? With candidates or something? You know, make things that...have to be candidates? Instead of just random creatures?

Idea -

We have a giveaway in which we have to send in candidates that MAY NOT HAVE a stats page. As in, you have to convey all the info about the being in story form. It can even be a really short story.

"Lakota lashed her gold-and-black-furred tail angrily, flattening her ears to her wolflike skull. It was NEVER this hot back home on Daralain. A wolf isn't made to take this kind of heat, she thought, shaking sand out of her pawpads."
etc. etc.

Like that :D I realize part of the prob. is that no one has time to WRITE anymore, but maybe once we get time again we could do something like this :3

True, true. ^.^ Though I have done breedable persona-based characters before. DF has a leagus based on her. She also has a bunch of Dark Magician-based critters. Ask her about them sometime. ^.^;;;

Oh, and my exchange dragons I have about half of my ones without ideas filled out within stats, so those should be up soon. That includes my clawtongue, two catdragons... The Infernal doesn't have stats yet, and my Dagger Dragon is in my "special" section meaning I have plotness for her.

@_@ How about giveaways that require some challenge of one variety or another? ;P That's what I'd like to see. Not so much a "GET IN ON THIS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!" deal, if possible, more of a leisurely... um... thing. XD

That's sorta why I did my exchange the way I did, Mystic suggested. Though I hate leaving anyone out. XD So I'll probably reopen later. o.o And the dragons I got from that exchange...I just love. People really put thought into them. X3

Well, I liked that too because I got to do something. ^.^;; I...draw. Alot. Too much, perhaps (you might have noticed that). I also like giving critters to people--it's accually how my agency's set up. Send in a form, get a critter.

Though when I say forms are closed, people don't get critters *pokes the form in her inbox, not sent by anyone here because people here know better*
