Citadel Clutch - Sneak Peek & Deadline Removed

Please remember that the deadline for the first Citadel clutch(es) is August 6th! Now, as it is, I may have to move this date further away since this might be too close, but at the moment, that's what it is. ^^;;; The link is in my signature.

I still have 15 slots open at Citadel for candidates, just as an update. The numbers are a little funky since people don't always specify clutches. ^^;; But there's 15 slots left between the two clutches, that I know. ^^

With 15 slots still open, there are 2 days left! Unless at least one person shows interest and would like me to move the deadline, the time limit will stand. :\ (Hatching will be delayed anyway since I'm doing alot of work for an anime convention coming up, but still.)

meeee i show interest in moving the deadline ... I'm working on a story now. It's about half done but I'd really like some sleep and I will have almost no computer time tomorrow. Plus I had hoped to send a second evil candidate. So if I could pweeeeze have another week or so I might even be able to come up with *three* candidates for you. If not then I can hurry and finish just the one, but I had a couple others I wanted to finish too.

I don't mind moving it if there's interest. I was only going to keep it up if I was fairly certain no one else was working on it. ^^;;;

The deadline is now August 26th, since that's the day before I have to move my computer back into my college dorm room. ^^

I've got four bad mages in the works right now, they'll be quite short in terms of story but I actually kinda want to use them as the bad guys against a foursome of girls on the other side of the fence...

Just another reminder, it is now two days until deadline unless there is another petition on the matter.

I have listed intent to send from the following people (that I haven't already gotten):
Asha Wermyst
Swift
Astra
Kitsuneko (Reserve)

Kitsuneko, I know you mentioned that you were having a problem doing candidates or whatnot right now - if you want me to develop a candidate for you so that you can still take home your reserve, I will. Shard, I haven't updated, but I got your candidates the other night. ^^

As of right this second, there are still 10 spots open for this clutch. Also, again, if people would like an extension on the deadline, I'll take it. I will also accept overflow of candidates for the clutches, as the egg count for these was an estimation - there are more eggs than listed, with the high probability that some younglings will eat each other. ^.^

Huh? Um, here I was refering to my clutch, you'd expressed the desire to send someone in and you have two days left.

Sorry I'm slow getting mine to you, and it's going to suck because I'm packing back up for my college move and alot of other crap, but I'll get done hopefully today.

Asha so you know, patience is welcome - if not a requirement - here. I've delayed my own clutches up to 3 YEARS so far (the 'summer 2k2 swim' being the notorious one) but folks have been all kinds of good to me about patience. Please refrain from saying things that may be interpreted badly by people, okay? I want the clutch to hatch as well as the next of us, but I've had to wait much longer than 2 weeks or so, and others from me much longer. These things take time, especially with a lot of us going back to school and real life concerns.

Here's a small sneak peek of the clutches coming up. (I'm delaying the hatching because I might be getting Photoshop this weekend so they'll get colored faster if I can make it work right.)

This is one from Breasal and Kahan's brood, Imperial-level. Each clutch has multiple distinct outlines so they all look a bit different. ^^ Lao and Echothet's brood ranges between three and five heads each, with the potential for one or two sets of wings. Hope that'll help a little, I'm still waiting for someone to ask for an extension if they need it, otherwise entries are closing tomorrow night.

Mmm, nah. I'm down to needing 7 spaces now, so that's pretty good out of 30, I'm just more concerned with people who said they wanted to enter, haven't sent anything, and haven't told me they need more time.... ^^;
