DF, did you ever release the first batch adults, or were those the ones you were talking about? I just remember looking over my database and discovering that I only had the baby light blue dragonet... I hope it's not abandoned because I missed a stage! :O

What Myr said, Dray, I have the outlines scanned but I still haven't kicked myself into doing all the shading yet. I haven't forgotten though, no worries! I'm just very slow. ^^;;

X3 Take your time! Hey, about those outlines... how do you make them different colours? Do you take out all of the background first? I've been trying to figure out how to do it without the pixelly side-effects, but have had no luck with it!

Generally I have an entirely separate layer to work in that only has the outline in it - everything else is transparent. The outline layer is on the very top and the base colors show through underneathe....and well, after that, I edit the outline layer itself to make the colors. It can be rather annoying. Like the Citadel hatchlings coming up, I didn't do that, because there's too many spikes and stuff. ^^;;;; I hope that made sense?

A couple candidates don't frequent the Nexus so I'll also be sending out an email later with the same details as seen here. You will notice that the hatchings don't have summary personalities. That's because I -hate- doing that. They act out a bit during the hatching but I like to leave it up to people to determine personalities. Unless otherwise stated, all heads have the same thought process. (It's like one creature seeing through lots of different eyes.)

Shadow-Tainted and Shadow-Touched commentary are more for reference when they become adults. (Those that say 'neither' are more neutral/normal than the Touched and Tainted, just FYI.) More details on that when they grow, which will be aways off. Oi.

Brain hurts. Sleep now. Due date for these images up is October 24th. I think that's everything for now.

Oh, and just a little aside. I hatched the clutch with four hatchlings extra, so I pretty much kept them instead of letting them get killed like the lesser.....fodder. ^_~ You can check them out at the bottom of the pickup page. ^^

Heh, yeah. It's alot. It's 30 for the little beasts.I've have gone even more nuts without Photoshop to do my layers. And yes, you can say cute. ^_~

Shard: I was intending on explaining that later in depth, but in a short summary -

The Shadow is a malevolent force that exists in Kynn. It tends to twist and warp individuals that encounter it.

In this case, Shadow-Touched means that the beastling has been slightly affected by the presence of this evil. Shadow-Tainted beastlings are more heavily affected, and may also develop addition dark-related powers when they mature.

I haven't forgotten birthday and Hopper people. I'm saving copies of that info now so I can finish, but it's on hold until I finish the Sanctuary adults (or at least get further on them).

-- Sanctuary Updates --
Still working on adults. Have to redo an outline or two, due to crappiness, so more delays, but these will go out before I do any other clutches. As a note, I have the following number completed. (This post will update as I go.)
4/16 Finished

-- Citadel Updates --
I have done a little bit of touching up. I still need to add stuff like filler text and info, as well as the important people around, but I did get up some info on the Citadel version of flights, and there are currently two spots open. Please remember that the Citadel is inclined towards evil, but neutral is welcome. I'm in no rush to get new clutches up since I'm still working on Sanctuary adults, and now the Citadel ones too.

You will notice that the Citadel has something called Shadow Twisting. This is effectively much like Biosynthing or Fusion. More like Fusion, in that it is magically inclined, instead of genetic, like Biosynthing. Any and all rules that a creator has set for breeding also applies here, and since I still need to tweak the rules more, I would prefer that anyone wanting to do this ask the creators of their applicants if it's ok first.

Also note that as I am of high rank in Myrror's FAP program, I can accept creatures that you otherwise might not be able to send yet. Please READ Myrror's inter-agency breeding policies and what I am permitted to do, if you are so inclined.

Oh, and on a side note, for the Sanctuary, those boards will be open this weekend, I just need to write stuff. The Sanctuary will also have a style of fusion, but probably not right away, I haven't decided how I want to do it yet. ^^;;

And as a final addition for today, the basic flight boards have been opened for the Sanctuary. My original plans for the second flight were scratched, due to some confusion and other stuff going on. So while I work on Citadel and Sanctuary set-01 adults, the boards are open in both places! ^.^

I'm still looking for chasers for Goywuy's flight as I work on images. Ranum and Requiem's clutch will hopefully be up later today. There will not be a number of eggs released (though there -is- a finite number), and a deadline will be posted later on to keep things moving.

Four days until the deadline for posting the little monster-hatchlings! ^.^ I still need to see postings from the following people: Shard (Ailarulle, Crian, Selthet, Thess, Xiophe), Kitsuneko (Hiuthe, Ocht), StarFyre (Maiai), and Cy (Kruhynd, Mehsth, Racuil). I know Cy is working getting things in order, but I wanted to post anyway. It's not a warning, just a reminder nudge. ^.^ If you need more time, just ask, ya?
