Hive Mind: The dragon has a limited connection to all Xenodragons anywhere -- the link weakens, the less closely related the dragon is (it only has a strong connection with parents and their siblings, and grandparents and their siblings) but it functions against great distances.
Psionics: The dragon possesses the ability to speak telepathically, to teleport (several miles at a time or less if they are carrying more items or passengers) instantly from place to place, and to lift objects and move them telekinetically.
