| Though she is tiny, she is mighty. Queen Coco entered Ishkatarinit's hive not long after the xenoqueen had established her brood chamber, and through a combination of her unassuming nature, irresistable ideas (and aroma), and cadre of useful drones, worked her way into the center of things. Though Ishkatarinit calls herself the prime queen, she was born a mid-rank and is bound to the pheromonal caste system more strongly than some xenodragons, and so her role as ruler is mostly honourary.
Coco is a more lenient xenodragon than her less tasty hive-members. She keeps her subjects' safety as a primary concern, but she also seeks to expand the hive with outside blood. She doesn't skirmish for territory and she mostly keeps her hive to itself, choosing to expend energy into digging tunnels and connecting with other hives in the Nexus beyond.

| Queen's Guard. Often a born caste, but warriors can be elevated honourarily. Praetorians remain in the Queen's chamber to protect her, and her alone. |
Guardians of the Hive. A caste born to serve the defense of the hive. On occasion, warriors are sent into the field to support workers and scouts. |
