Though Daha originally spent her childhood on the space station, Star City, she fled with her father as a teen shortly after bonding her father's dragon's child. Learning to wrangle a queen, espcially a queen as traditionally self-assured (and often arrogant) as Yusanabth was a trial that took up much of Daha's time, and so her adulthood now mostly revolves around being the rider of Yusanabth, rather than 'Daha, coming into her own as an adult'. She's okay with it, as being a Queen Rider has many perks, and she's become something of a mascot among the other queen riders for her small stature, loud voice, and takes-no-guff attitude. She isn't interested in leadership, however; Daha enjoys sharing responsibility, and she enjoys listening, so her role often leaves her listening to the opinions of other riders and then fighting for any changes that seem to be needed. She's surprisingly impartial, which makes her an excellent advocate.

Yusanabth's first flight was, oddly, all planned ahead. She had done reading up on her heritage and was proud of it, and so she required Daha to bring her out into the Nexus to advertise her needs. When she flew, everybody knew it, and she delighted in her options as only a Queen might.

She took on her role as a proddy mother with fervered aplomb, and from the first time she graced a hatching sands, she's decided that she was well suited to her colour and her expected role in life.

Though Yusanabth has flown several more times, those records are sadly lost to the Drift between Nexus locations. Now, settling back in to Nidus Descendi's gently Pernese structure, she mostly enjoys keeping an eye on the many dragons living here, goading them into flying fit order, and providing thought-provoking conversation with her peers.
