Name: Timekeeper
Origin: Spellweaver Clutch [??]
Gender: Male
Species: Spellweaver
Colour: Antique Gold
Size: Medium-Small, (8' at the shoulder)
Abilities: Medium Magical Ability. This dragon's magic potential is roughly medium amongst its kind.
Magical School (Abjuration). This dragon can only learn spells of an abjurative quality: shields and other defensive, protective magic.
Telepathy. This dragon can speak mind-to-mind.
Verbal Speech. This dragon can speak aloud.
Personality: Timekeeper left his home community when he was very young and traveled the Nexus for his early years, however by the time that he reached Nidus Descendi, the world was shrouded in a mist that prevented any travel to or from the rest of the Nexus for a great many years.

He's suffered a little for having none of his kind available to treat with, but he has grown quite fond of his mostly Pernese peers. Timekeeper is a studious fellow, preferring to learn from books and scrolls and stories rather than experimenting in person... however this has had the side effect of his spells being a little more weak and unpolished, even if they are quite theoretically perfect. Never the less, his shielding magic has made him a great boon to the Nidus, and he's learned to fly with his peers to help defend humans and outlying little pockets of civilization from the nearby Arx full of its demonic beasties and xenodragons.

Timekeeper is a shy fellow, and has a bit of a harder time than others making friends. Still, most treat him with fondness for his differences. He's made a few fast friends, enough so that he only wishes to bring more magically inclined folk to the Nidus rather than leave it to go in search of his homeland once more.

GENETIC CODE
Code: XY RG Hh Bb Mm SS
Translation: XY: Male
RG: Bronze, with bronze eyes
Hh: No dilution
Bb: No blackening
Mm: Medium magical ability
SS: Large
R and r are the base colour allele variants.
R stands for red and r stands for blue.
RR creates a vibrant reddish copper. Rr creates a duller copper. rr creates a silver.
Y and G are the dilution genes off the R allele.
Y stands for yellow dilution and adds more of a yellow/golden hue. y gives a more subtle yellow hue.
RY creates a reddish gold. Ry creates an orange-hued copper. Yr becomes a greenish bronze. ry becomes a greenish silver.
YY and Yy create a normal gold. yy creates a pale gold.

G stands for green dilution, which adds a greenish tinge to the colour. g gives a more subtle green hue.
RG becomes bronze. Rg is a faintly greener copper. YG becomes bronze. Yg becomes a subtly greenish gold. yg becomes a pale bronze.

GG and gg are fatal. Gg has a 50% chance of reaching adulthood, and becomes a metallic green.

H is the dilution gene, and only affects R and r.
H has no effect on base colours. h lightens R to a pale red and r to pale blue. It causes pale silver, pale copper, and pale brass.
B is the black gene, which affects all genes on the base colour allele. B is black, b is white. These are co-dominant.
BB creates a deep, near black hue of the base. bb creates a pale, nearly white hue of the base. Bb has no effect on the base.
Eye colours are always gold or silver, which depends on the base colour and dilution genes.
R and Y/y have gold eyes.
r and G/g have silver eyes.
RG and YG have bronze eyes.
Rg uses the strongest pigment as the eye colour.
gy and ry have blue eyes.
M/m determine magic ability. MM has the strongest magical ability. Mm has medium magical ability. mm
S/s determine size, where SS creates a larger dragon (closer to 8' at the shoulder), Ss creates a medium dragon (around 7' at the shoulder), and ss creates a smaller dragon (closer to 6' at the shoulder.)
