Abilities: Waterbending: Sivuquq can bend water to her will, and possesses especial skill with the ability to form a sphere of water around herself like a shield. She is talented enough to use this same water to launch an offensive, though she rarely reveals this tactic.
Appearance: Sivuquq is impossibly young looking for her age, but that might be because she keeps much of herself under clothing and bandages, and she's lived an extremely active lifestyle. She has white hair kept in a tousled ponytail, dark skin, and blue eyes. She prefers to wear pale colours when she can; she works with a pale kind of clay most days and so these tend to blend in with her working clothes surprisingly well. Sivuquq is not an open person, either in expression or body language. She likes to take to the background when possible, and so it's hard to get a good look at her, most days.
Personality: Though Sivuquq is technically the older of the two siblings, she is absolutely uninterested in leading her people. Her brother is a natural leader, and Sivuquq would prefer a quiet life filled with labour and penitence, most days.

When she was young, she got into an accident that put her in life support for many weeks. She was horribly scarred in an attack by wild animals, and it has left its mark on her mind as well as her body. She does not like to take chances, prefers routine, and doesn't even really enjoy socializing with people all that much. She has friends after a lifetime in her settlement, but she never married nor does she have any interest in taking a partner for life.

...That is, until some of her friends began to really talk about bonding dragons. She is not a particularly maternal figure, but Sivuquq is aware of the rut she's lived most of her life in. And dragons, fierce beasts with command over the seas, seem like a way forward from her fear over sharp teeth and wilderness.

Genrehop (power level 6). This dragon can slip between realities; similar location, but with quite different universal rules.
Shape Evolution (power level 1). This dragon has the ability to shape the biological functions and phenotypical variations of its offspring in a minor way.
Telepathy (power level 2). This dragon can speak mind-to-mind.
Teleportation (power level 2). This dragon can instantly transport itself and anything it carries to a new location that it can mentally visualize.
Verbal Speech (power level 4). This dragon can speak aloud.
Water & Air Breathing (power level 1). This dragon is adapted to breathe both under water and in air.
Weather Magic (power level 6). This dragon can create changes in the weather, usually by augmenting local water vapour and air pressure variations.
Personality: Vokhukath is a prickly dragon, especially where his bond is concerned. He was drawn to Sivuquq due to her strong, carefully tamped-down emotions, especially to her fear and horror, and he has since fed on those in a strange way, using his understanding of her fears to help make himself stronger. It's a strange tactic, but he uses it to protect her.

Otherwise, Vokhukath has a tougher time than many in understanding how the humans his bond is so tied up with live in their day-to-day. He has a hard time holding still, and sees the slow, controlled forms of most water bending to be irritatingly boring. He would rather seek out thrills to battle, visible dangers to triumph over. As he grows older he'll learn that this isn't how life works, and that constant practice is important when facing those crisis points. He is and will forever ben pretty darned bored with the secondary industry of the village, which revolves around clay works of all kinds. He isn't creatively talented (in as far as he knows) and doesn't really understand the meaning of art.
