| Personality: | Shetturshu is not a pleasant dragon to be around: he is selfish and usually acts without regards for the well-being or happiness of others around him. He takes what he wants at any time, and only seems to notice if he's affecting others if it directly relates to advancing his own whims. Shetturshu is conniving and seems to know how to get away with his vices, using blackmail and threats to keep those who might act out against him from doing so, and bribing and or simply greasing the wheels of those from whom he has something to gain. He's a scuzzy sort of character who doesn't think about burning bridges with others, and so he lives a life of drifting and conning others.
Recently, Shetturshu found himself traveling in circles, almost literally, wandering through dark caves and tunnels with apparently no light or fresh air to be found. For a time, he assumed that he had been cursed... and it turned out that he was right. Someone or some thing came to him in a dream and told him that he had died, been slain in a petty fight with a dragon far stronger than him. He had been returned to his ancestral homeland and would not be allowed to see the light of day again until he completed some very important missions. Shetturshu is deeply unhappy about this arrangement. Still, with nothing else to do, he exhumes bones and hauls them to a specified area, hunts for particular mushrooms and pools of strange water, and otherwise runs errands for this horribly powerful entity. He doesn't see what other choice he has, given that whenever he plots to trick or trap them, he finds himself unsuccessful. |
