Locando loves a good competition, and is often easy to snare up in a race, a magical duel, or anything that requires a tally. He's a good-natured competitor and and even better-natured friend, as he loves to make people laugh (or at least groan at a bad joke). If he loses, his motto is that what he won was the friendship along the way.
Sometimes Locando can fall into a mood, though. When he moved to Nidus Silva, he found great joy in the hefty, ancient trees capable of supporting the weight of dragons, and the others living here welcomed him... but there was something that felt amiss. The lack of humans, maybe... he grew up around a fair number of them, and when he began asking around, he discovered that Silvan dragons tended to dismiss them as lesser creatures; labelled 'pets' by the sappy and non-edibles by some. Whatever the case might be, there is definitely a bit of speciesism against them at the Nidus. So when Locando discovered he had a humanoid form, he had to keep it under wrap. There is a part of him that hates hiding even a part of himself away, as he is far from secretive... but knowing that if he were to stretch out his human form around others, he'd be judged for it... He is currently considering how to change the minds of those dragons he calls friends, but that is a very awkward stage for him.
