| Personality: | Ghost Synths name comes from its ghostly appearance and the kind of musical thought that it 'hums' to entertain itself during its long, drifting routes through deep, deep ocean. Its presence is always just a little bit disarming; it feeds on the sense of fear it generates from prey, and indeed it will play with its own bioluminescent profile to hint and suggest a ghostly stalker's presence, here a moment and gone, over and over, until its prey is so terrified that it makes a foolish move that ends the chase.
Ghost Synths is not diabolical, being true to the nature of her birth. She does not automatically class all other life into prey or danger, for she recognizes other sapience when she touches upon it. Because her mind is so alien, however, sea dragons with word-based speech usually only pick up a haunting background sound when they attempt to make contact. Ghost Synths' favourite sea dragons are those who have a naturally musical tendency. For those, she connects and communicates by offsetting her own baseline to support their speech, and so she makes 'friends' with those who understand to play with her. |
