Gestosa is cheerful and outspoken, a friendly creature to dragons and their tiny humanoid companions alike. Though many at Nidus Lacus are stern, militant, verging on aggressive, Gestosa is a diplomat with good intentions.
| She grew up in a chaotic place called the Ranch of Doom (aptly named), and settled in Nidus Lacus only after traveling all over the Nexus in her younger years and finding herself as the warden and mentor for Nyter-Rehn. Well used to shepherding around lots of dragonets, she wasn't prepared for Nyter-Rehn's ambitious nature! Gestosa has since taken on a more sedate attitude, coaching others as she settles down and settles for a more comfortable life. This has had somewhat unfortunate side-effects, however... there are a few who gravitate to Gestosa's experiences of the rest of the Nexus and she finds herself acting as a Search Rider (or a Capio, in Nidus terms) more frequently than she'd have liked. To avoid the brunt of this, she's wound up moving north-- way north-- to a little village called Winterholme. Most of the dragons she's befriended there are much more chill. | |

For some time, Nyter-Rehn was an ambitious, disciplined menace to any creature that would endanger her friends and community. She lived at a place called Nidus Lacus, a military complex grouped together on the principles of monster eradication. Much to her bond's dismay, she wasn't entirely happy when she wasn't actively seeking out danger. Gestosa managed to get through to Nyter enough to pull her back from active duty, but Nyter in turn swung her attention to training younger generations.
| This backfired on her; after one of her first pupils was killed in battle, Nyter suffered a sort of internal schism. Luckily, Gestosa was there for her. They wound up moving to Winterholme so Nyter could rest and recuperate. Nyter-Rehn isn't entirely happy with the arrangement, but she's not very happy with anything at the moment. It takes time to heal more than muscle and bone. | |

Ruollix may forever be a hopeless romantic. He's younger than Nyter-rehn and leans in to her wisdom, but at the same time he doesn't agree with 'preventative aggression' as a means by which to live one's life. Especially after Nyter-rehn and his grand-bond, Gestosa, decided it was time to pull up stakes and move to Winterholme, Ruollix has been keen to encourage Nyter to let her assumptions rest, and to embrace life with more hope and love.
