Edda bonded Vixeth ages ago and hardly remembers her life before becoming a dragonrider. Truth be told, she was once a kind of kitsune spirit, but upon finding her way to StarFall Dragonry, her attempts to immitate a human candidate form left her so charmed (quite literally) that she hasn't gone back. She's well settled in a human-ish way of life, though she has a certain wandering spirit to her that can be hard to quell.
She and Vixeth lived for quite a while waaaay up at the northern reaches of the continent at Winterholme, but eventually word of Nidus Descendi's plight came to them and both decided they wanted to help. In the last few months since settling in at Descendi, they've already gotten into some real scuffles. It's quelled Edda's need for change and excitement enough that she may not need to travel again for some time.
