Hulu Ko'o's name misleads, for the long things trailing off his wings which seem to be feathers are in fact tentacles! He flies very little and instead moves his wings about like strange, large hands, using his tentacles to play with things in his environment. They're also very good for grooming, and he's often seen socializing with other Jracini this way.
