Personality: Despite having three heads and abilities limited to one head or another, Triat is a single individual. The wielding of their magics is more comparible to the ability to write with one's dominant hand but not the other.

As something of a result, Triat is a creature whose actions are very strongly guided by an innate sense of balance and equilibrium. They cannot enforce balance across the universe, nor within the Fate, nor in fact do they desire anything of such far-reaching results. What Triat craves is balance in their actions and deeds. An act of magic must be soon followed by a working of technology, and vice versa. For them, it is a compulsive behavior, like an itch that must always be scratched, lest it drive them mad from trying to ignore it instead.

Because of this core need to their behaviors, Triat often comes across -- ironically enough, for their magical side -- as rigid, even robotic. Their internal world is one of constant assessment and reassessment, which leaves fairly little room for spontaneity. That's not to say that they are incapable of such things, however. When they are neither working their magics nor exercising their technological know-how, they feel much less restricted in the actions they are capable of taking. It's not uncommon, though, for them to act out other lesser acts of balance just for the sake of comfort in such things: eating a fruit after a vegetable, telling a story after listening to one, or taking a long flight after a long walk.

For a long time, the Fate was a place they felt comfortable. They did not question their work, for it satisfied their most inescapable instincts.

Perhaps it only stood to reason that an act of questioning would finally follow one of long obedience.
