Rin can create and manipulate small amounts of water, and cannot be harmed by water of any kind. This also means he can breathe underwater, since he cannot drown.

Chaos Entity

No matter their innate element, chaos cats are creatures of change and unpredictability. This manifests in small ways, such as the ability to suddenly appear in unexpected places.

For all that he's the size and shape of a housecat, there's no way in the world Rin could be mistaken for one. For starters, his pelt is a blue-grey colour that not even a Russian Blue might bear, with darker blue socks. Even more noticable are his horns, wings, and tail fin. His horns are short and black, standing between his ears. His wings are batlike with three tines and a thumb, all webbed with skin the same colour of his sock markings. A fleshy fin runs down his spine from hips to tail tip, and it too is the darker blue. His eyes are metallic gold, frequently sparkling in support of a wide grin.

Of the chaos cats who are the Sanctum Dream's official caretakers under their deity, Aki, Rin is by far the friendliest. He's cheerful and outgoing to the extreme, so it's no wonder that he fulfils his role as a caretaker by always being ready to play with the Sanctum's youths. His days are spent playing tag, hide-and-seek, and other such games from sundown to sunup, and he never seems to get tired. Rin is also a chatterbox and will merrily converse with any sentient creature that comes his way.
