Both a warrior and a protector, Nakon has no innate draw towards chaos and change such as Aki's, but she helped raise him from an egg and by doing so secured his loyalty. His natural calling is to battlefields and other places of war, so he ventures out of her dimension with regularity in search of it, but every soldier needs a safe place to call home and the Sanctum is that for him. It sees very little in the way of threats, but he is sworn to defend it should the need ever arrive.

That loyalty is what he is most known for among the residents of the Sanctum. Though he does have a somewhat superior air about him, knowing he is more powerful than most, and does not particularly care to 'lower' himself to lesser tasks, he in benevolent in his guardianship just the same. Just don't ask him to get his claws dirty in anything other than war.

Just as she is not beyond taking mortals under her wing when the impulse takes her, Aki has no compunctions against bringing other deities into her realm. Nakon was brought in as a hatchling from another world, protected and raised as a defender of the Sanctum.
