Like Modvarks, Zotts have an oddly sloping physique, with hind legs that are far longer than their front pair. Static has a round head with a bulbous nose and small eyes, and odd antennae that stretch off the back of his head on a single stalk, then split into a horizontal V-shape that reaches forward over his head. His tail is stuck in a permanent zigzag, like a stylized bolt of electricity, and his deep red fur is spotted with yellow. The tips of his tail and antennae, and the joint where his antennae branch off, are black.

Static is a high-strung creature, which is understandable for an Oddballz so attached to electricity, but he is surprisingly not hyperactive. He can be nervy and easily stressed out, but is never overzealously happy. He has a sharp temper when he's irritated, but is generally a very sympathetic creature. He hates to see other beings come to any sort of harm, vicariously suffering their injuries as if they were his own.
