The ability to wield magic related to radioactivity, for example inflicting or healing radiation poisoning, or causing or filtering out local radioactivity.

Above and beyond simple teleportation, the ability to realm-travel and cross into dimensions separated from the Nexus by more than mere space and time.

The ability to change one's physical size.

The ability to communicate mind-to-mind in emotions.

The ability to communicate mind-to-mind.

The ability to teleport anywhere within sight or that can be strongly visualized in the mind.

The ability to communicate in spoken words.

Fallout is a patient beast who can never be hurried into anything. He acts with care and precision, being the kind of person who lays down the foundation for schemes that won't see payoff until weeks, months, or even years later. It's not that he excels at predicting the future, or even that he has really good luck at guessing, but simply that he does not mind waiting for corruption to crawl across the land at a slow yet inexorable pace. He prefers to work his corruption and radioactive magics in tandem, spreading his own personal fallout over an area and settling back to wait and see how things progress. Rather than the hurried takeover some of his kind prefer, his own strategy is for corruption to become so entrenched and innately part of a place that it cannot be escaped.
