This dragon can use existing water/ice/snow to build and give temporary life to a small golem to act in her stead. Her golems tend to have small tongues of balefire licking unnaturally over their icy forms.

Survive Extreme Environment

The ability to live without the necessities of normal carbon-based lifeforms, such as oxygen and heat i.e. she can survive in space, under water, in rock, etc.

Telepathy

The ability to communicate mind-to-mind.

Stolen from her parents by Taint Balechild, corrupted at her hatching, and then gifted by the Balespawn to his mother, Becquerel has grown up believing she is how she was meant to be. She knows she is no true Balespawn, but she already stands among the echelon of more powerful (and thus more valued) servants, and Anathema herself has even alluded to possibly having plans for her. Becquerel serves her queen out of true faith and loyalty, a quietly reverent worshipper of her corrupt might, who praises her often for what she has done for her.
