The ability to communicate in spoken words.

Ceteri is lighthearted and carefree, and would definitely consider "don't worry, be happy!" an excellent life motto. He avoids civilization and lives free in the wild, but that doesn't mean he's against visiting town for a bit of socialization or fancy meal.

His lackadaisical attitude, however, goes so far that he is rather inconsiderate of others, though that's in acting with carelessness rather than maliciousness. Other beings are transient in his life, so he doesn't have the manners to live alongside them.
