Rakadeth is loud, boisterous, and likes, of all things, to gamble. He could really care less for money and riches--he just loves games of chance, and the tension that comes from waiting to win or loose. He'll try to make a bet out of the smallest thing, just for fun, and pouts when people won't play along. Since he seems to have no concept of the value of money, Phoenix had to make him get a job so he could spend his earnings, rather than her sponsorship-fostering funds. He was more than happy to comply, and so works on the janitorial staff for the station.
