The ability to communicate mind-to-mind.

The ability to teleport anywhere within sight or that can be strongly visualized in the mind.

The ability to communicate in spoken words.

Voice Boosting

The ability to amplify one's voice in both volume and ability to carry across distance.

Mierlin is an extremely powerful individual and knows it well, so he secludes himself away from the world, in a cave made comfortable by gadgets and inventions both magical and commissioned from gnomish or dwarven hands. But despite putting physical distance between himself and civilization, people still seek him out in hopes of begging a reading of their future from him.

Mierlin doesn't much care for being so bothered, and has absolutely no patience for anyone who clearly only wants to use him. His conscience has trouble turning away anyone who seems earnest and true, however, so he usually ends up attempting a divination for anyone who persists through his initial attempts to drive them off, especially if the spirits speak in their favor.

The truth remains, however, that Mierlin is a quiet and introspective dragon who prefers to be left alone, though now and again he discovers a bit of company worth keeping.
