Levin seems to draw all of his personality from the stereotypes of his element, biased towards his storm-side. Though catlike behaviors are his standard, he falls on the spazzier and hyperactive side of things. Never seeming to tire, he bolts around in madcap excitement, trailing embers in his wake. A little mean-spirited, too, he likes to sneak up on people and brush them with one crackling wingtip, giving their rear one heck of a jolt!
