Name:Seapror-Shanrios'Empyra, Deep Sand Skimmer
Age:Adult
Sex:Female
Species:Wheke Ika, Kynnese Sea Dragon
Size:≈ 50' long
Color:Blue-striped Brown
Residence:The Alveary Cove
Occupation:Cove Matriarch
Abilities:
Gravity Manipulation
Wheke Ika do not experience physical difficulties when swiftly or suddenly adjusting to variable pressure levels within their habitat. They function the same in the shallows as in the crushing deep. This is a passive effect. As an additional, active effect, they are capable of altering their buoyancy for easier surface or land travel. This effect appears similar to telekinesis, but it is not.
Sympathetic Link
Bonds that can be formed with a Wheke Ika's favored ones, if it so desires. Allows the exchange of emotions over distance, and gives the bonded individuals access to the Wheke Ika's innate water magic and gravity manipulation abilities, as well as telepathy, if they do not already possess it.
Water Magic
Wheke Ika have extensive control over the element of water. They passively filter and adjust their surrounding salt content so that any body of water can become an appropriate home. They can use it to swim faster, or slow foes, or aid themselves with movement on the surface, or any number of other forms of water control.
Telepathy
The ability to communicate mind-to-mind. Not commonly used in pods exclusively of Wheke Ika, as their songs are a more nuanced form of language, but rare are the outsiders that can mimic or sing it.
Personality:

Seapror, as she allows those who cannot pronounce her true name to call her, is a serene individual who has risen to a position of matriarch-like authority over those denizens of the Cove who cannot leave its waters. Thoughtful to the point of philosophy, she will intervene in situations with both magic and physical strength if necessary, but much prefers to provoke others into thoughts of self-reflection, to consider their actions and change them of their own volition, rather than outright force anything of them.

She is usually found in motion, swimming large, slow circles around the Cove and out into the deeper ocean beyond, either on quiet patrols or simply out of a preference to stay moving. When addressed, or addressing others, she'll find a perch upon the seafloor from which to speak and observe, supporting herself with her four arms and array of tentacles. Whether this is simply more comfortable for her, or deliberately meant to provoke a queenly air, is unknown.
