The ability to teleport anywhere within sight or that can be strongly visualized in the mind.

Cihteli is a special needs dragon, being unable to communicate with words (whether verbally or psionically) and only able to relay images and raw emotions. Any psionics delving his thoughts finds that that is simply how his mind works. He cannot process languages at all.

Likely related to this, he is somewhat slow of wit as well, taking a very long time to think things through. Although he has a very kind soul when he can make the connection that someone is sad, unfortunately he struggles to understand people on the whole -- ot at least those that rely on a language of words to communicate.
