This ability to speed up his body, mind, and perception of time so that he can do more in a moment than is otherwise physically possible. To him, the world appears slowed. To others, the world is normal but he moves incredibly fast.

Seedling Reproduction

Every few years, the dragon's gemlike scales bloom into flowery structures. If they contract the pollen of another seedling-capable dragon, they could very well become "pregnant", regardless of the dragon's actual gender.

Water Magic

The ability to wield magic related to creating and controlling water. Bali can only manipulate amounts of about a gallon or less.

No one's sure where Baliarseli got his personality from: he has neither the sometimes-absurd serenity of his father nor the often-caustic irritability of his mother. Rather, as the runt of a small clutch and somewhat runty in general, he is insecure and skittish, as if always afraid he'll get stepped on for breathing too loudly. When encouraged, however, he's be extremely affectionate and caring.
