Personality:	Sometimes dragons just go a little wacky. Stephanio is one of these. Whether somebody rattled his egg by accident, some combination of his wide genetic background just didn't mix together so well, or he just had rocket-fuel for breakfast, Stephanio is wired and weird. If he had eyes, you'd expect them to be wild and manic, but as it is, his metallic grin does the job well enough on its own. He moves in electric bursts of energy, usually cackling as he goes, and he drives his two sisters rather batty. When he speaks it's often with a stutter, but it may be affected rather than a true inheritance from his father.
